One - because you can’t give a zero. Signed for as delivered. Still sitting in their depot despite numerous phone calls from sender and recipient. Last parcel sent via TNT was lost or damaged 3 times. Try another courier who cares and is not dishonest. Never again

I'm not entirely sure if this review reflects whole company as much as it effects the local guys. Regardless, Over the last 2 to 3 weeks I have had to order parts ex Melbourne and Sydney. Priority freight at a premium price. After ringing the supplier for the consignment number to suss out tracking I could see the parcels had been scanned in Mildura for 3 days before I sent someone into the local depot to retrieve. I have since asked my parts supplier to use another carrier.

Not recommended this service to others member. I got parcel that come from Malaysia.The driver just simply pass the parcel to who ever he loves.I end up lost the parcel.the lady who in charge the counter keep giving bultshit reason to not show the bladdy driver.
