Horrendous service. Booked them to deliver from Melbourne to Sydney with a delivery address close to their depot in Kyeemagh. Goods were reported to be in their Sydney depot within 4 days. Another 5 days after that and they still haven't delivered and all we get when calling or enquiring is a report that they are investigating and will report back next business day. The next day they say the same thing. The only people you will ever get on the phone are in the Philippines. They need to be put out of business.

i would give 0 start if i could.Their customer care services are horrible.I think they not even try to be kind, always busy and i also had to wait about 20min to be connected with customer care service. The delivery service also bad because the product that i ordered was delayed and they didn't let me know the reason why and they said the deliver came my house in web tracking service and no one was home but actually i was at home and didn't get any contact from delivery and company. :(

I AGREE WITH THE GUY UNDER ME WHY DO THEY GET A STAR ATT ALL THEY OWE US THE STARS FOR EVEN USING THEM... NEVER USE TOLL THEY DAMAGE PACKAGES AND TAKES 2 DAYS PLUS TO DELIVER A PACKAGE THATS HALF A STREET AWAY AND THE TRACKING NUMBER SAID ITS BEEN THERE SINCE DAYS ONE
