Pathetic customer service. Was sent an overnight express parcel and it was neither. The most incompetent company in Mackay. No way to speak to anyone either and have to go through a call centre. Avoid this company at all costs. Would give zero stars if possible.

Not happy at all. Rang their office 5 times to confirm that an urgent parcel was being collected only to be told at 4:30 that oops, we had slipped out of their system and we would have to rebook for a Monday collection. This is how great businesses go broke.

Appalling "service" from TNT Mackay Branch. Tried to contact them this morning as expected delivery today. Their details falsely stated they weren't open until 10AM. There are no direct contact details for the Mackay Depot. Parcel was supposedly delivered today. After 4 phone calls and 3 more hours waiting for their delivery driver to return I've had enough. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Absolutely disgusted, we have been given the run around since Thursday last week. TNT will not speak to us and KIS corporate are treating us like second class citizens because we are angry. What do they expect when they keep passing the buck. Due to be delivered Wednesday, then they ran out of time Thursday, Friday no one can tell us what happened. $700 parcel missing and now they say today they tried delivering it but no card and we were home all day. All they can do is rearrange another delivery day.

Mackay branch TNT - atrocious effort from delivery staff & depot manager. If you can avoid using TNT, do it. This is consistently the worst company to deal with! The only thing they are consistent with is NOT attempting delivery. When our orders need to come through TNT we cringe!! We are a well signed business on Bedford Rd in Andergrove with an address that is all over Google for 3 years now. Clearly signed and staffed 8AM - 5PM with a shop front facing the main road. We receive deliveries WEEKLY from every other company in this town without a problem. There is a carpark to park up in and easily access us. There is NO contact number for Mackay TNT depot - they do that on purpose no doubt for the sheer amount of complaints they'd receive. Our sender used FedEx who when reaches Mackay uses TNT. FedEx have made multiple attempts to get an update from Depot manager for our delivery that is still sitting in Paget. 3 days sitting in Depot, and 3 phonecalls to FedEx down, I call FedEx to arrange to personally go to the dilapidated TNT Depot and collect it myself. Can't just do that though! Still waiting on a return call to say whether it is in there depot or onboard for delivery. If TNT just employed drivers that knew how to use a map or even better, KNOW THE MAIN ROADS IN MACKAY perhaps it wouldn't be an issue. AVOID TNT Mackay

Received 'Sorry We Missed You' but my whole family was home all day long. Someone could not be bothered. Itā€™s a shame because without the delivery today I am not able to go to work tomorrow (broken foot and still waiting for iWalk 2.0 to be delivered via the courier). Itā€™s also a serious problem for suppliers using the company as it is affecting their businessā€™ reputation. I hope the company reads their reviews and treats them seriously as it is a good opportunity for them to improve customers satisfaction and get more happy customers. Thanks.

Parcel not left at door although it stated on paperwork to do so. Rang and was told they don't redeliver, that I would have to pick it up at the depot. Next day did a 70 klm round trip to collect only to be told it was back on the truck to be redelivered. Drove back home and waited and waited. Rang again and was told you'll get a call back in an hour. No call. Rang after 3 hours and was told they would send a message through to the relevant office. Eventually got in car and found truck myself. Driver was apologetic and friendly. It is absolute rubbish that customers cannot call the local office. Having to go through a call centre is so frustrating. One quick phone call to the local office, could have saved 2 days of tearing my hair out. Would NOT recommend TNT to anyone!!.

I'm so angry I feel sick. Rang morning of delivery to find out approx time, just wanted to know morning or afternoon to make sure someone was home. Was told 100% not before lunch, would be late afternoon before driver got here. Took off work at lunch to make sure I was home all afternoon. Got home to find sorry we missed you card from 11am. Rang again to try organise pick up but of course only get through to hotline, can't actually speak to Mackay depot. By the time they get back to me it's too close to their closing time for me to drive an hour to get there on time. So now I have another three day long weekend wait until I get another chance to waste a whole day waiting for a parcel that FedEx managed to get from New York to Mackay in three days, but TNT couldn't manage to get from Mackay to me (90ks) in what will be 9 days by the time it gets here!
