Booked a pick up at 8.30am from home, gave all details, including my and husband’s phone numbers and email. Just don’t turn up at all to collect, and no notification via any means. We had someone here the whole time. Now they want to collect again, but I’m not going to spend another day waiting at home for a no show. I asked for morning pick up after wasting a whole day, but can’t even guarantee this. I have appointments to keep.

Poor service. My grandma was in the house, curtains open, tv turned on, you could see it from the outside. No knock on the door, no horns nothing. Just a sorry we missed you letter. Tried calling but i just got the world record for being put on hold. No answers. Payed for express post and i still have to pick it up 40km away.

My parcel arrived in Mackay at 06:53am on Monday, 11 November 2019 and still is still sitting there. What it is waiting for is beyond me. I live one hour outside Mackay. I only get into town once a month, unless it an emergency. If Toll cannot deliver to me how about showing some common courtesy and either call, text message or email me. I have tried to find out what if I can pick up the parcel myself but, never get a direct yes or no answer.
