My parcel was left at the neighbours place. My address was very clear on the parcel. We have our house number on the letterbox, above the front door & on a large sign on the front of the house yet the delivery person obviously can't read basic numbers. Luckily I have an honest neighbour. Maybe your courier was in a hurry to knock off & go to the pub as it was after 5, or maybe better still going to basic English lessons.

Three days in a row, three separate cards for three separate deliveries. I was home each day, not once was there an attempt to deliver my parcel. I pay for my parcel to be delivered, not pay to be told I can pick it up. It is very frustrating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! After waiting at home all Friday afternoon for someone to collect my parcel, I was advised by email that a "Futile attempt at pickup" was made. I contacted Startrack who confirmed that a driver had attempted to collect my goods, but nothing was known about a pickup at the address. My boxes were sitting in the garage with the roller door up clearly visible from the street all day!! No one ever attempted to pick them up. It is now Friday night and another attempt at pick up won't be made until Monday afternoon. I am vacating the premises on Monday morning!! I have now cancelled my Startrack booking and will deliver with Pack and Send as they are open on Saturday and I can still vacate the premises on Monday.

One star is too much, waited all day for some important computer equipment, not delivered, checked the tracking and was marked as left in safe place. Managed to get a picture of where it was left and delivered to the wrong address. I have HUGE numbers on my place. Absolutely useless in Mackay. Avoid at all cost.

One half of a two parcel sign on delivery was left at the wrong address, the other half was carded to the post office. One month later and after following all procedures I have now been told to take it up with the sender and request a refund or replacement. Even though they can see via GPS that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and was not signed for on delivery.

Booked a pick-up for a prepaid return of an item and was told I needed to be home between 12pm and 5pm. I phoned at 4.50pm to see if anyone was going to collect the parcel and was told they "should" be there before 5pm. I asked if that was "will" or "should" and was told "SHOULD". Red flag right there when their own staff didn't know if they'd follow through on their booking commitment. Phoned again at 5.39pm and was asked if anyone would be here basically all evening. We had a reservation at 6pm so I was told they would cancel my pickup! Asked if I'd like to rebook!!!! Why would I????? 5 hours out of my day when I had other things I needed to do and a complete and utter disregard for this shown by Startrack. Do yourself a favour and DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Zero Stars How are they rated any higher than 1 star idk! Avoid star track mackay at all costs! Star track business model must be charging extra fees and doubling all profits and charges on every delivery Australia wide. Probably worth millions of dollars per year. I’ve been charged another futile pick up after they turned up a day late and then never bothered to make contact with anyone $$$$ thanks star track! You can’t call a specific depot either I found that out after being on hold for 50mins. They won’t read this or care but I beg of you to choose anyone else for your courier.

No star really, they came to deliver- didn't ring when they arrived- we have a long driveway, just left a note in the mail box, the boxes are large x 4. Left a note saying pick up ourselves, i paid enough freight money, being large boxes. They ran into and smashed our house address treated timber sign post-well out of the way of any truck? No apology. We have cement trucks and plenty of delivery trucks come to our house, star track themselves have been before. Very rude. Definitely need attitudes addressed. Communication would be great too, have you tried to ring them? What an experience that is. When i finally got to speak to a person Mark was sensational and very apologetic. I have a number to claim the damage done to our sign. And have organized a redelivery, see how we go now.

My parcel has been on board with driver for 2 days, call the number then have to jump through hoops just to talk to a human for over 20mins. Maybe if your deliveries are backlogged drivers need to work after 5pm to catch up. Paid extra for express postage just to sit in a truck for 2 days and no doubt goes missing Monday morning! NOT HAPPY!

Someone was home all day in front office of house working. "Sorry we missed you" card placed in letterbox with no attempt to knock on door or ring doorbell. Collection point now a 1.5 hr return drive from house. This has happened on more then one occasion. Drivers just seem to want to get through deliveries as quick as possible.

I have a seat that he can place it on or he could wait five second for me to open the door as he can see me walking up to him. So rude and ignorant. When I call they tell me they tried to collect at 7.30pm - codswallop I was home and I know for a fact they don't work at that time of night. They also now tell me that it's up to me to rebook this pick up - only found out because I rang. What disgusting service. Startrack Mackay you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Very disappointed in this delivery service. They delivered a parcel at 6.45pm. I was home, but the driver could not be bothered to knock and left the parcel outside in the dark. The parcel wasn't found until 24 hours later. Could easily have been stolen as it was in full view of the street all day. Caught on camera.

I literally was home ALL day. Got a text that my package had been "attempted to be delivered" from the site I bought it from (more reliable). NO ONE knocked on the door. I was sitting 10m away from the door. Now I need to go into a post office tomorrow because they couldn't bother to come to the door to knock. So annoyed! 😡

The last 3 times I have a package to be delivered the driver claims no body is there, yet we are a business and operate standard Monday to Friday business hours. There are instructions on the package each time saying exactly where to deliver to and yet each time I have to ring the main office and sort it that way. Very unprofessional!

Apart from the one lovely woman who delivers to us quite regularly and I cannot fault, all other aspects of this company are atrocious. I deal with this company on a corporate level, almost every working day, and these people are the worst to deal with. I have had packages returned to our suppliers because the 'labels had to be re-written'... WHAT?!? it made it from Sydney to Mackay. Why the hell send it back?! On top of that, (apart from the one woman who is always delivering to us) the rest of the people who deliver to us (two men in particular) are rude and inconsiderate. Whilst staff are serving customers, they rudely push in and interrupt our transactions to dump their deliveries on our front desk (despite we have a designated desk out the back for them to leave their deliveries which they most certainly would know about) and hand their scanners over for a signature, and don't even ask, and barely say anything other than 'name?' then leave. You guys seriously need to clean up your entire business.

Would rate this courier a 0 if possible. Tracking says on-board at 11:00am, still no delivery by 17:00. Tracking now says returned to depot as business closed. Not it wasn't....Call to the 13 number says driver ran out of time! Was to be delivered less than 3 blocks from their depot. How can Star Track keep these people as their distributor!

Delivery driver "Amy" didn't even attempt to deliver package. A note on the parcel to call if unwilling to come into unit complex. Why offer "to door" service if your drivers are lazy and incompetent. There was no knock, nothing. Home all day waiting for an update of "unsuccessful delivery - no one in attendance". No wonder the ratings are so low.

Terrible service. I wait at home for delivery and no one turns up. I then go to tracking and they say they went to deliver parcel but premises was closed. What Premises? Its a house and we were home all day so I dont know where this driver went to or if he even attempted to deliver the package but now I have to drive into town twice in 2 days due to star track. Would never recommend them at all.

Why say delivery when your people don’t bother to see if anyone is home? Pull up, put the card in the mailbox and say “attempted delivery”? We pay for delivery but now have to go to the post office to retrieve my parcel. Terrible service. I wish the online companies would read these reviews and change their deliverers.

Not Happy Jan. Star Track left a note to say pick it up from the depot because you weren't in. However, the driver failed to ring the door bell...three of us were at home at the time. I guess two tyres were just too heavy for the poor courier to contemplate unloading when he wanted to get home. I had to drive the 22km there and 22km back to the airport and put two bloody great big tyres in my new BMW boot...thanks Star Trek.

Two days for a parcel to arrive in Perth from Japan then 5+ days and counting to get it from Star Track Depot to 15klm away. Called Friday as it was in Depot to see if I could pick up my parcel and was assured that it would be delivered same day as it was on-board with the driver. Friday... WAITED ALL DAY... called Monday Morning told that they tried to deliver at 6:32pm but no one was home?? yeah right I was home all day and evening and by 6pm decided it was a no show. Monday again on board with driver and supposedly again they tried to deliver at 6pm?? again another deception no card left on both supposed delivery occasions. I have now called numerous times and continue to get no assistance and no delivery or even pick times as I told them I no longer wish it delivered but will pick up I have now been waiting for the escalated admin personal to contact me so they can arrange for me to pick up my parcel and its been 4 hours with no reply??? Sorry Star Track but you Fail big time with a deceptive delivery service as this is a repeat of circumstances with my last delivery from you! each time a claim is made that you tried to deliver but no card is left??

Wouldn't let my housemate sign for my parcel and delivered it to a post office. Signed the pick up card and they still won't let my housemate collect the parcel. Ordered overnight because I needed a replacement phone and now have to wait a week with no phone before I can go pick it up. Delivery drivers are very unprofessional and rock up wearing thongs, footy shorts and singlets. Won't be using startrack again.

The WORST courier service ever. Had Asian Indians taking my calls. One of them rudely hung up on the call because they couldnt understand me! I was being pleasant & perservering with them! Im well educated & well spoken. This is my country & I expect so much better. You get what you pay for Star Trak. Cheap offshore labour = business communications breakdown. Making sure they can speak english before hiring the contract service would help....or heres a thought... hire locals to avoid this issue altogether. Seriously frustrated. Rudeness at its worst.

was quoted 3 to 5 days for delivery it is now day 10 and it still hasnt arrived have complained twice and startrack still is in no hurry to deliver my package. my package has sat in a depot for 5 days now and hasnt moved because of startracks incompetent behaviour

The driver was so lazy they couldn't walk the drive; some 60m and carded the gate, phoned up to ask why, the lady 'Abigale' hung the phone up because I wasn't happy. Customer service like this puts you out of business.
