Bought my Pinnacle16 in early June and have already given it a solid test thought the North West and more. Amazing van, has everything we need and tows beautifully. The after sale service has been next level. Glenn has been amazing, going well and truly above and beyond expectations. I know there is lot of different makes out there but if TrackStar are in your top few, I would hands down pick them on the customer service and great tested product. Brought the pinnacle 15 in November 22. Travelled almost 8000kms from Perth to Adelaide, up to Ghan to Uluru then took the great Central road to Laverton. Then back on the bitumen to Geraldton and home to Perth . The van was fantastic, easy to set up, towed beautifully, had the dometic dust unit installed aswell. First time ever no dust in the van. Had no problems with the van very impressed with this product the sale's and service. Glen and the team have been great.

I bought my M8TREX at the Perth 4WD and Camping show in Nov 2019. I've taken this thing anywhere and everywhere and it hasn't missed a beat. I've made some mods and added a few things here and there and its mint. I keep thinking of upgrading but every time I think about it I just find myself questioning why, when the M8TREX does everything I need and it fits in the garage so nicely. Keep up the goods work guys.

Simply the best for knowledge, adaptability, listening to user requirements, quality of workmanship and just being really nice and very approachable people. My M8trex is now being towed by a 2019 Forester instead of my previous Navara dual cab. It tows beautifully smoothly, especially on unsealed roads and I still find myself checking to see if it’s still attached ! I have 100kg springs fitted to the rear of the Forester but, in all honesty that was just my belt and braces approach to towing. I am fairly happy that my next move will be the step up to a mini-roo but the M8trex is hard to beat if you are moving on every day or so.

We bought our camper second hand but still under warranty. We had a minor issue with the trailer and it was rectified quickly without cost. Great after sales service that is rare these days.

Brought our camper late 2017 , Omaroo 3. Nothing is too much trouble, the after sales service is exceptional. Lots of lemon RV companies out there and these guys arnt one of them.. If you want a camper with back up service and is well set up with independent suspension then this is it. Always enjoy our visits to Trackstar.

These guys are great! fantastic service and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Had our Omaroo 3 customised to carry our tinny and outboard and a few other bits. Nothing was to hard for these guys. Strongly recommend a look if you're in the market for a camper.

Trackstar have been nothing short of exceptional to deal with. I spent much time deliberating what brand of camper trailer to purchase and have waited 12 months to write this review. I wanted to wait until the shine of the new purchase wore off to see how the company and camper held its reputation. The camper has been exceptional - well built, strong and I have had no issues with it and it’s build quality. But where Trackstar have won me over is the team have excelled with the after service. They have been accomodating, warm and welcoming to ideas and adaptations I’ve wanted to make with modifications and additions on the original design. I cannot recommend a better company or camper for someone who is in the market for a new off-road trailer. Nathan, Grant, Liz and Steve are a team that can be relied upon from the beginning until well after you have left the sales room. Nathan - you are a gentleman and a genuine character.
