A TNT driver arrived at the address. Scanned my item, signed for my item himself and then left it in the retirement village meeting hall. Not where it was addressed to. It was not discovered for almost 3 weeks. $700 computer. Very poor effort reading the address. No apology from TNT for the stress caused by their driver.

Great friendly staff who tried to get the best transport rate for me but was shocked to know it was going to cost me $160 to send a skateboard. Staff tried to reduce that cost as much as they could and I appreciate it as the original cost was over $200. Amazing staff high delivery costs

I haven't received goods from this department, and that was the problem, someone was trying to scam me by not sending goods I had paid for, and attaching a bogus tracking number to my receipt, I went in, explained my problem, and the manager was happy to give me proof that the tracking number I had was not addressed to me or my home, I took that information to PayPal and they immediately gave me a refund. Very happy with how much help the staff were, even though it wasn't their problem. 10/10

Absolutely pathetic... my parcel never came to my address - has been left at a random address. Dispatched 26 April - just got a phone message from Emily at Dubbo - on a private number 🙄 called the 13.... number asks for a con note blah blah blah- I never got one 🙄 This is a poor service - actually no service and to think I paid $87 to have my goods delivered to my home address. Leave a return phone number numnuts 🙄🙄🙄
