Was concerned looking at the other reviews, however my experience was fine. Ordered Fedex pickup from Netherlands, and shipped International Priority to Melbourne. Pickup was performed next day after shipment request was created, and delivery was on the day quoted, 3 business days after pickup. Delivery person checked I was home and requested signature, tracking status kept me updated throughout and seems like it was accurate.

It took a few days for the parcel to come to Australia from an international destination and then the parcel spent more time in the destination depot (more than a week)! Customer support kept informing us that the delivery would occur on a certain day, so we waited at home but it never arrived. Wasted 3 days waiting at home and nothing arrived.

The absolute worst. I have had the misfortune of FedEx handling my deliveries from overseas in 3 different areas in Australia, and they were all bad. It seems to be a habit for them to decide that a business is closed when it isn't, causing us to not receive our Christmas stock a few years ago, and they're trying to pull the same stunt now, in a completely different state. My tracking details change from one day to another, between them claiming the address is incorrect (it isn't, and I have confirmed this with FedEx by phone) or claiming that the customer was unavailable - no, basically the driver rings the buzzer and drives away before you can even respond. Literally. I saw him drive away when I was at the intercom. Not only that, but because there were so many missed "attempts", I asked FedEx to please deliver to the local collection point, and I'd just pick it up, so today's "attempt" should not have even happened. The worst thing is that there is no accountability. You only get an overseas call centre's contact number, who are very nice and very helpful, but they literally can't do anything but pass on your message and hope the despatch centre does the right thing. They can't contact the driver to remind them to drop your package off at the collection point like they were supposed to, they can't ask the despatch centre what's going on, they do their job and I continue to not get my packages (going on 2 weeks now). So if you're lucky and the delivery goes smoothly, great, but if there's a problem, good luck, because you'll drive yourself insane talking to the same overseas call centre again and again while your delivery instructions continue to get ignored. And there's nothing you can do about it. I will be asking my suppliers to use someone else, this is just ridiculous.

I was home, it got delivered to a totally different number, not even close to mine, no signature, no photo, ?safe place?, not my place. Retrieval was attempted but no success by the delivery driver who made the mistake. Then the blame game regarding refund for lost item started. Hey FedEx!! If your the ones who lost it, ITS YOUR FAULT! Donā€™t try to shift blame when a refund is required, you have admitted fault, you had it and lost it. You received money for a service you screw up, YOU, nobody else. Maybe you should concentrate on improving your service to at least pretending you care and taking full ownership of your mistakes by providing prompt refunds for items YOU lose. Note: FedEx = TNT = Big Post( NOT AUS.Post) Appalling service and customer carešŸ˜”

This was the worst courier service I have ever experienced. I am a frequent user of courier services both personally and professionally and I will never use TNT again. Twice they told me they had attempted delivery and left a card and twice I know that not to be the case since I had stayed home the entire day for the purpose of collecting the delivery and there was no knock at the door nor a card left. In itself, this would be regrettable but TNT Express did not even bother to contact me and left the arrangement of redelivery entirely up to me. I have had to organise for TNT Express to return the item to South Australia and and having it delivered via an alternate courier who I know will at least attempt a delivery when they say they have and will not make intentionally untruthful statements

Do not engage. FedEx/TNT is a scam business. They never send any bills/invoices and then threaten to close your account because you haven't paid. They will get a class action against them due to their treatment and fraudulent activity. Stay well away.

Had a large parcel delivered from Sydney to Melbourne. I was horrified by some of the reviews from other couriers & settled on FedEx. The tracking stated 5 days for delivery which I was completely happy with. The parcel arrived the next day, the driver contacted me by phone & was extremely professional. Great job FedEx A+

Terrible customer service. Very angry lady. Called to find out where my package was. They said I wasn't home when they tried to deliver. Even though I took the day off work and stayed home. The home security never seen a truck either. Full of it. Then get angry and blamed me for it. I then get told it's held up due to backlog. If that was the case. Why did you return to the depot with my parcel that you said you tried to deliver. Just to put it in the backlog. Make sense of that. Use DHL always
