Was very happy with the delivery process/company overall, very prompt and gave good advice on best way to go about/organize a pickup. HOWEVER, the young blond girl who served me on Tuesday evening (25/7/23) at the Albury office made me feel like I was a nuisance for existing and bothering her by arriving to pick up my delivery at the time I was advised to arrive. After huffing and puffing and muttering under her breath about having to do her job, she proceeded to collect my parcel for me then drop it on the floor without even an apology. Then thrusted the electronic signature pad in my face, saying nothing more than "Sign". I said thank you, and she just grunted and didn't even look at me. Haven't had service THIS TERRIBLE for quite a while. I tried to get her name but she just turned her back on me and left the office.

For a large multinational logistics company the Albury depot is poorly managed. Whilst staff shortages maybe a factor the timing of deliveries is haphazard and this affected the provision of medical care to the citizens of the town - time critical medical equipment we being sent. Regrettably the customer service representatives who are not even located in the country are not solution focused either. It is unfortunate that the depot and its staff are not at all community minded.

One of the worst delivery service , no it is the worst company to deliver anything. FedEx advised me that the delivery took place on the 14th of December 2022 and we haven't received any delivery at all. Lodged a complaint and they have given me a case number and was told that they will be in touch within 24 hours, two weeks past since and no contact at all - just silent. Tried to contact the ALBURY FedEx - no email and no phone number - how do they do business beats me. If you going to use FedEx you must have rocks in the head, totally a useless company unless you don't want your goods to be delivered.

I allege that this Albury NSW AU depot does not have any common sense, for over a week I have been trying to get delivered my purchase that has apparently had the delivery address compromised, a simple email to me should have sorted out the problem in less than 24 hours, but no after spending the last 5 days chasing them up with emails and phone calls, they are just silent, I can not complain about their service there just appear's to be no service.

Numerous missed deliveries and NOW they haven't turn up to collect my pre booked package during a five hour window. After 1.5 hrs on the phone I was told they were too busy and don't have time to contact customers personally. WOW what a great service - oh and it was blood that was required to be delivered overnight. Customer service agent - Care factor NIL!

Iā€™ve had Fed Ex(tnt) deliver several parcels now and every time they just put the slip in and take off. Even if your gate is open they still just put the slip there and donā€™t knock at all. Today I had a parcel due so I left the gate and front door open but they still put the slip even though I ran out when I seen them they just took off.

Worst delivery service ever. If I had the choice I would never use them but sometimes items bought via online shopping do. They don't like to deliver to the area we live (too far). They leave the items sitting in their depot. No phone call & you can't ring them because they won't give out their number. Basically I have to drive 30kms and turn up to their depot when I think they may have something of mine. You can ring their 13 number but they don't get back to you either. They are ripping off the companies they deliver for. THEY DON"T DELIVER!

Ok I ordered 2 items from a major company that ships thru TNT and one item arrived early, the next item I received an email saying my address had to be reconfirmed. When I reconfirmed it they then sent it to a warehouse an HOUR away from where I live and said I have to pick it up! I am suffering from a spinal injury and cannot drive!! I expected it to be delivered because that is what I paid for. After being on hold for over half an hour waiting to speak to an actual human being, I couldnā€™t get in touch with anyone! Seriously disappointed and wonā€™t be ordering with this courier service again.

Really strange experience. I got my smses to say my parcel was on the way & then that it would be delivered that day. Around midday I checked the update and it said my parcel was unable to be delivered. Trying to query the website led me into a loop that never got me anywhere. I was unimpressed I would have to follow up. Imagine my surprise when the parcel was delivered later that day. I asked the driver if they had any idea why the update was undeliverable and they had no idea. It just shows how you can deliver great customer service which can suddenly change with a single break in the chain.

By far, the worst postage service in the World!!! Let me display some of the services that TNT provide. Service 1. Deliver a $2,000 item to someone who lives 10km away and then tell you it was delivered to you. Service 2. Miss 3 pickup deadlines and guarantee that it will be picked up making you waste two whole days. Service 3. Lie to you when in contact with support telling you that your package was picked up 3 hours ago when it is in your hand. A package that is meant to be Express overnight delivery, from the time that I was initially told it would be picked up until the time it was actually picked up, I could have walked it the 350Km to its final destination. Clearly privatisation of postal services leads to a lack of accountability and customer satisfaction.
