They take forever to deliver, then keep your parcel ALL DAY āon board for deliveryā, then try to deliver after hours! I bet the driver just left a card because he couldnāt be bothered delivering at the end of his day (Iāve been dealing with deliver companies for years and have seen a lot). Now we have to make the trip to pick up our parcel from the depot since they are so unreliable. And then it took them 10mins to find it even though it said āready for collectionā. Their slogan is āāsure we canāāā¦ what, provide terrible customer service? No doubt. Oh wait, and after just picking up someone calls us to say ādid you request to pickup instead of a redeliveryā??? We just picked up, get organised people!!

Package I ordered was out for delivery, its now 2 weeks later and the package is still at depot, which is impossible to contact directly due to an automated service. Absolutely disgusting customer service. No regard or common sense when it comes to contacting you back. Why am I doing their job and collecting my own parcel, when I paid for delivery? Lift your game FEDEX.

A parcel I ordered from America was delivered to a service centre in a different town to where I live. I was called by the service centre and told that my parcel was ready for collection. I can't pick it up as I work and the centre is only open during business hours. It's also a 45 minutes round trip to go and get it. The delivery driver would have literally driven right past my house to go to the next town to deliver it there. I was told that if I don't pick it up in 5 days, my parcel would be returned to the sender. I called Fed ex the next morning and was told by the customer service agent that they would try and sort it out and that they would call me back in 1 to 2 hours. Nobody called. I called the next day and was told exactly the same thing. Third day - same story. I emailed them but no answer, so I called a second time on the third day and was told that they were contacting the delivery agent about it but that the delivery agent said it was impossible to deliver it to me because I'm out of service area.... despite the town it was delivered to being further away from the main delivery depot. Freaking ridiculous and I don't understand why you would say you can deliver a parcel if I'm out of your delivery area. Come on Fedex, not cool.

Very helpful staff. We turned up with 3 pieces of unwrapped, large equipment that needed sending, and the manager arranged a pallet + weighed + measured it once it was all palletized so that it could be sent as one parcel. Excellent service!! š„³š

I received a text message from Fedex to pay for the Import Tax etc. owing on my parcel from overseas. There was only one option for payment which was by Credit Card and there was a $25 sur charge attached. As I have not had this charge added before I rang the number given in the text. I enquired as to the extra charge and said I would prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, to avoid the $25 fee. The woman gave me the Bank details to pay the money, but there was no reference number for my invoice or delivery. When I queried this she said I didn't need a reference no. I asked how with the thousands of customers paying would they know that the payment came from me and that it was my Invoice being paid. She again said I didn't need it. Here I asked to speak to her superior, she went silent and did not answer when i repeatedly asked if she was still there. After 5 minutes I hung up the phone. I then called the Fedex office in Cairns and spoke to another lady who was very kind. She said she sent an email to the Fedex Agency I had spoken with and asked them to call me to discuss the issue further. This was on Friday afternoon, it is now 3.45pm Monday and I still have had no contact from the Agency.

My package was out on delivery three times and hasnāt arrived. And Iāve been home. No way to call besides through fedex customer support and they canāt contact them either. I tried to get them to let me pick it up but since they canāt communicate with each other, it keeps being scanned out every day and never delivered. What a joke!

Firstly paid Inetnational Priority, two days Florida to Brisbane then four days Brisbane to Cairns (just got condescending lip from the call centre), waited at home to take delivery and the clown in the truck didn't even ring the doorbell - dumped at Local Newsagents for me to pick up! To top it off the Cairns branch doesn't even have a phone number so you can't even speak to them .....

Truely useless. Not able to speak to a local representative - in fact getting an actual person on the phone is very difficult. Despite being able to allocate time frames for collection, they collect whenever they like and cannot advise what time it will be. You have to print your own labels for the box. They have a solid 1 star rating for a reason.

TNT will pick up the shipment but they won't deliver the parcel, then you have call them to remind them that once you pick up you must also deliver, once they remember they will say ok, but then your parcel will take ages, you have repeat this cycle few times, until you get frustrated.

Absolutely Impossible to deal with, what sort of national transport company has no point of contact via telephone?? when you ring the only option is to make a collection booking, no other options available as they don't want to talk to you about how they have lost your freight!! Their tracking system is doctored to suit them not their customers!!

Jan 2019 Cairns terrible service. tries to deliver, but to wrong Cairns address (their fault), then wont help to put it right. dealt with HQ and Cairns and no joy. driver totally unhelpful. customer service says they will call back and they dont. emails dont work. same bad attitude from workers to managers. i have many freight deliveries and many postings out and TNT are the worst. have since found that there are many bad reviews about them over past years. wished i knew about those before i gave the OK for my supplier to pay them on my behalf.
