I had accidentally used the wrong address when placing my order, I got in touch with the Aramex Canberra team and they were able to change the address on my package. Customer Service were very helpful. The delivery itself was not quite as good, it arrived almost a full week after I had been advised that it was out for delivery, but again the customer service team were great in helping me out with that.

Absolutely pathetic service, do NOT use at all! I sent a package to Jervis Bay (2 hour drive) from Canberra 2 months ago and it has not been delivered. The helpline is completely clueless, they do not have contact with the depot and one guy said its in Brisbane, another said its in Sydney. I have been trying to locate the package so I can just pick it up and deliver it myself but they can’t even help with that. Pretty sure it’s been lost, absolutely pathetic.

I have been waiting for an important package which arrived in Sydney from overseas 11 days ago. Tracking says the parcel has been in transit for six days and my written enquiry was responded with a request that I allow sufficient time for the courier team to complete the delivery. Canberra isn't that far from Sydney. Very poor service with a rude response with no apology just the suggestion that I am impatient.

Absolute rip off worst customer service ever. They have a call centre off shore of people who barely speak English. They delivered my parcel to the wrong address I asked them to return, pick it up and deliver to the correct address which they refused to do unless I paid, said I was happy to pay as I wanted my item, they then asked for the parcel size and weight which obviously I'm unable to provide so they simply refused to fix THEIR mistake

Every time that I have used Aramex it arrives quickly at the local depot then sits for days or weeks at that depot without being delivered. Then you have the joy of speaking with an overseas call centre and repeating the details over and over. I am wondering why sellers use this courier with such a low rating. Aramex really needs to lift its game.

Absolutely unbelievably bad service. Sitting having my breakfast and received a text message telling me they couldn’t deliver my parcel because I wasn’t home.. What a joke, lazy currier couldn’t be bothered ringing the doorbell. Called Aramex and unfortunately could not understand the customer service person.. Took several attempts to actually organize a RE delivery.. Get your act together Aramex and tell your courtier to at least be honest about their attempt to deliver. Absolute joke.

It's no wonder they rebranded from Fastway. Years back I worked somewhere that had a contract with Fastway and they definitely over promised what they could deliver, and it seems like it is still the case. Most recently, it took a week for my package to get from Sydney to Canberra. This is nothing against the people doing the actual work, I'm sure they're flat out trying to keep up with a business that oversells and doesn't have enough staff to do the work. Given the choice, I wouldn't buy anything that uses Aramex to deliver.

I wish I could rate this experience as 0. The communication has been highly ineffective. After my parcel was delivered and supposedly I wasn't home when I was home, they left a calling card. I reached out to customer service for redelivery, but it's been 6 days and they still haven't taken action. If it were a one-time issue, I wouldn't mind, but this keeps happening repeatedly. It's extremely disappointing.

Just like to add my rating here to the already dismal rating of Aramex - This is a courier company that has a policy where they refuse to redeliver a package sent to an address in Melbourne Australia to a different region in Australia! Instead, they will return it to the sender in Dublin, Ireland. How absurd it is that a courier company, who's core business is to move packages, refuses to deliver to another address within the same country!? Instead they will send it half way across the world, which I very much doubt it would ever reappear there. Not to mention to carbon footprint of the return. If I could give zero stars I would.

I would give zero stars if I could. Package was in transit Sydney to Canberra for 9 days (a three hour drive distance). Then said undeliverable so I went to the depot to pick up. Their customer pick up office was literally locked then a man berated and yelled at me for ringing the doorbell. If you hate people that much maybe you should not have a customer facing job mate. I’ve advised the seller to not use this courier in the future and will not be buying from any sellers who do.

DO NOT EVER USE. Quite literally the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. Not only did they fail to deliver my package. They lied, I was home during all supposed deliveries and they did not once attempt a delivery in any format. Furthermore when I contacted customer service to get this sorted out I was ignored and then hung up on. If there is a way to blacklist them from ever taking my packages through Amazon someone please let me know.

Why does anyone use this useless company. Yet again if I'm not here to take receipt of a parcel, it does not get delivered, despite having told them to leave it. Now I have to go and collect it from the other side of town despite being unable to in the hours provided. I cannot even phone anyone to tell them to return it. Why don't you call your drivers to chase up parcels you promise you were delivering in the day. Why say "out for delivery". My package has been at the Melbourne depot since 29/12/22. This is absolutely horrendous service. You contact them and never get an update. I noticed on all the review sites they have terrible reviews and they always reply to the reviewer apologising and stating they will check why it is delayed but don't be fooled by this as they do nothing. They should not be allowed to be in business and no one should use them for deliveries. UPDATE so after waiting for the package for 10 weeks and contacting them numerous times they have finally notified me they have lost the package. They truly are incompetent!

Getting a straight answer about my parcels status from this company is a feat I've yet to achieve. I ordered something from Sydney to be delivered in Canberra and given the current speed its going I would have preferred to drive to Sydney and pick it up myself. To think I've paid additional money to essentially downgrade from Australia Post is mind blowing.

I work six days a week during the opening times of the depot I will literally never be able to get there in time to pick up a parcel. Missed the courier by 20 minutes twice, so I called and requested the courier deliver specifically after 3.30pm (I felt this request was reasonable as the courier had attempted delivery at least once at 3.10pm). Today I receive a message at 9.44am that a delivery was attempted. It's probably an entirely different courier but it still feels actively malicious from a customer point of view. Update: came home and no calling card was left. Called the helpline and they said no delivery was attempted because they were waiting for a response via email. I was meant to pay for this redelivery but had already paid for a redirection that was never applied. This is my fault for not reading the email carefully enough, but saying a delivery was attempted rather than saying "please give further information regarding your parcel" is just giving the wrong information. Unnecessarily confusing. The call centre staff are trained really well at least, though it's unfortunate that they have no idea about the local delivery routes or drivers.

If I can give zero, I would. You will get notified that your parcel has been delivered, but nothing. No package. You will end up being extremely disappointed and inconvenienced. If you are not able to ensure that a package gets into the hands of your customers (which is the core of your business), please don't inconvenience people who are simply waiting for their packages to arrive.
