Don’t use TOLL anymore it’s now owned by the Japanese - no Australian call centres all outsourced ! Always LATE to pick up! Priority next day delivery is a LIE! 3 x now I have waited up to 7 days for medication! You call and you get different information- call centre staff are NOT recording phone calls NOT returning phone calls ! Worst experience ever with a logistics group! Use capital transport!! It much better but at least you will talk to an Australian company with Australian citizens working there. Not people in another country who barely speak English and therefore can’t actually do what you ask of them cos they don’t understand!! Whyyyy

Toll operating with some of the Drivers with NO brain. Drivers only prefer to see address in Google Maps. They are NOT ready see the address in Apple Maps, Waze maps or Whereis maps. Called call center located in Overseas, Requested Depot pickup asked me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours wait, called back and got the same answer (48 hours wait and will receive an SMS)

Had a ‘priority’ delivery, arrived at 7.39 morning in the depot. The item was delivered next day (Had to pick up)The warehouse is 10 in 10 km distance from my residence. I don’t recommend them.

Very bad experience. Item on board for delivery five days after the expected date. I was not informed that they cannot deliver to a post office since leaving it in the foyer of the apartment building is insecure. Australia Post is doing a far better job than you

Needed a package delivered and organised with sender to have it sent so it would be received before a deadline. Would have gotten the package on time if the parcel wasn't put in the wrong delivery truck on friday. Centre closed today (Saturday). Customer service couldn't find the tracking number or any details about the parcel even though I've been receiving updates about it's whereabouts. Unfortunately toll ipec was the only shipping option. Will not be using them again

Absolutely appalling service. Notified my parcel was dispatched from company (Melbourne) 31st January 2020 nothing received via Toll/Ipec 6th February (Canberra) tried tracking online systems down, rang depot ? in Hume was transferred to call centre in India. Told tracking system has been off line since Friday 31st January and therefore no-one can find said parcel and unable to tell me when system would be working again ? Would like to have follow up on this as the response from call centre operator was at best inadequate

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a transport company, no tracking, two phone calls per day when the goods did not arrive on time, call centre in the Philippines who told me twice that the goods had not been collected from the sender despite sender having photos of pick-up. It was not until I insisted I spoke to a manager in Australia and then drove to the local depot myself that I found any information. I would never use them again.

Consignment is 3 days late, have not being able to contact Toll at all in Canberra as phone numbers connects you to call centre in the Phillipines. Tracking status has not changed in 3 days! Website tells you if something goes wrong not to worry they have it covered and will keep you informed, What BS!! Worst freight company ever, try someone else.

Missed my delivery unfortunately and got a "sorry we missed you" card. Tired several times on there referred website to find my package - no luck. Tried calling - no luck. Next day finally got threw to someone and was told i needed to put in a request to the depot to collect my parcel - but that it would take 24hrs.... and its Friday so that means i wont get it till Monday caused they are closed on a weekend. Now i actually needed my item for the weekend so i rang the Depot so that i could ask to get my item fast tracked so that i could pick it up today - was again told i needed to put in a request but that again it would take around the 24hrs.... I said not good enough - surely you can call ahead and ask them to grab it out for me today - was then told that they DONT have a number for the depot team so couldn't get a hold off them - only email. So all in all... i cant go pick up my item even though its waiting on the shelf - till i get the text that says i can - but that will take 24hrs. Now this wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't friday - but as i haven't been able to get a hold of them ALL WEEK!!!! It is now friday and now it looks like I wont get it till Monday. Poor customer service, poor processing and processes for customer to be able to pick up there item. Will never ever use them again. They need to improve there process for customers to be able to pick an item up, and also have a number that can actually be contacted locally for issues such as this!!!! Being referred to a call center in god knows where is not good enough.

The call center is the only way to contact this company. They can only request that the distrution center contact them. My parcel arrived in the depot on Wednesday. By the following Monday I'm yet to recieve any information on when I can collect my parcel. This is not the first time and I would never knowingly use this company for deleiveries to Canberra. In the many years items have been sent to me, not once have they been able to deliver. Not once have they called me to say an item is ready to collect without a minimum of a week of delays. If they can't deliver to an address, then they should never accept the job.

Absolutely pathetic company. As many before me have said - don’t even bother. Drivers don’t even bother knocking and waiting for more than .2 seconds. Customer service over the phone to arrange pick up or redelivery is more painful than childbirth. Apparently nobody knows how to get in contact with the drivers as they don’t carry company phones. Not to mention trying to get the pick up depot changed. Do yourself a favour and stick with Aus Post - you’ve got better chances of getting your items.

They never actually bother to deliver parcels. They normally just leave a card in your mailbox and expect you to pick the parcel up. This time I didn't even get a card in the mailbox. Tracking details state - undeliverable, card left. It is actually deliverable, if you go to the front door, ring the bell and hand over the parcel. DO YOUR JOB.

I called in their main office and said that I am able to pick up the order that day, when i drive down there which is a good 40km drive, they tell me they are closed at 3:30pm when the card states you can pick up up to 4:30pm, absolute joke waste of petrol, and now I have to wait until monday to pick it up which is so inconvenient because i have to drive another 40kms for my parcel.

Keep getting sms's saying "your delivery is being postponed to tomorrow due to unforseen circumstances" every day for a week. Called customer service 3 times on different days to try to "book and appointment" to pick up my package. First 2 times (all calls on different days), they told me they'll SMS me details on where to pick it up and what time is good for them. Never happened. Third time I called, they hung up on me. Called back for them to transfer me to the depot, wrong depot, transferred again. Was told by a confused employee to just come by whenever and I didn't need an appointment.
