I bought a t shirt from harbour town shopping centre and i live 10 to 15mins away from there, as i was unable to pick it up the lovely ladies in the shop offered to send it to me. They put a sticker on it saying to leave at the front door. So they sent it the following day and i should have had it within 2 days. So 2 days later a driver had left a note saying it could be collected the following day which is almost across the road from the shop I bought it from..🤔 I called asking why it wasn't left at the door like the note has said to and the sticker on the parcel? The customer service lady said sometimes the driver doesn't like to or says it's not safe. I mentioned well if it wasn't safe then maybe I shouldn't leave the 10 pairs of shoes at the front door that are worth a lot more than the $70 tshirt I bought. She said ill get them to send it back in tomorrow's freight Im still waiting for it a week later.😤😤 USELESS
