It took over a month for my parcel to go from Brisbane to Townsville. I’ve had parcels from overseas travel quicker. They can drop off the express part of their name brand They have the best courier website ever to bad its false advertising.

I had never heard of BEX beforehand, and we got off to a rocky start when it took almost two days for the con-note to appear online. Eventually though, 'In Transit' from Brisbane to Townsville was expedient, and when I noticed it had arrived at The Bohle in Townsville, I made contact to pick it up. Great advices from Kate and Grant, who rang me back and advised that my delivery was ready for pickup at Mt St John. I went in first thing the following Monday morning, where two BEX staff greeted me with friendly smiles, and could not do enough to help. I was able to unpack my goods then and there, and BEX disposed of the packaging, which was just so helpful. Thank you to BEX and particularly the guys at Mt St John Townsville.

Amazing service. Called before drop off to ask if I was home to help lift it off (40kg) and as I wasn't they said they will take it to the depo for me to get. Nice easy pick up and package was un damaged un like aus post

They delivered an empty package. I've contacted the seller who has security footage of the package being packed. I'll be making a police report first thing in the morning. Lucky I've got security footage of the driver.

Was told i wasnt home but I was so didnt deliver it. Left a authority to leave and was told it would be delivered next day and a week later still no parcel. Beat that.

Totally hopeless. Had authority to leave, for some reason didn't and left a slip. No details on the slip, had to call around to find out where the package was. Suggested to the office that it wouldn't have been helpful to have the information provided on the slip. Response was: 'I don't look after the printing'. Worst courier service I've encountered, and that's saying something. Avoid them.

Worst company I’ve ever seen. Lost my order. Kept putting me on hold and then hanging up when I tried to locate it. Then told the company they delivered it.

Told last week my parcel was onboard for delivery, didn’t arrive. Following week, told the same thing, didn’t arrive. Called their Customer Service, they said they will do follow up, didn’t call back. No phone number to call depot directly. Totally useless.
