I have asked border express to give me just 20 minutes before the driver start. Because it shows the delivery not picked from Fyshwick suddenly got call from driver he said I'm her I told him ,I'm coming in 10 minutes he told me I can't wait .anyway he was good he wait and came on time he left the staff outside. He didn't bother to help me but the staff inside he asked for sign and left ,it's really shame your service has to improve as you said 💯% gurntee. Now my hurt my rest picking up the delivery from main door of street.

Worst courier I’ve ever had to deal with. They gave me a faulty con note for my delivery. They didn’t even tell me my purchase was sitting at a post office waiting for me to collect it for ages. You’re a COURIER service. Your service model is DELIVERY. You couldn’t even tell me my purchase had been delivered, or where it was. When I approached them to try to find my delivery, they kept asking ME for details regarding the delivery they had failed to give me a con note for. I found this parcel when I went to collect a totally different parcel delivered by Australia Post. Don’t use MyDeal while they use couriers like Border Express. This is the third time they’ve failed to deliver a parcel to me. Useless.

Truck driver crashed into my car. Manager said he would take full liability and I have witnesses that saw the truck driver run into me and was in the wrong and now they are refusing to take liability. Will see them in court, don't trust this company.

Had a delivery through these guys, it was originally with Sendle, who handed off to Border Express. We are in a low frequency delivery area, so always quicker to organise pick up from Fyshwick depot which was no problem for them

I was called by the driver who was sitting in my driveway and asked to collect my parcel from the van because it had been raining and he didn't want to get his shoes wet.

I rang the Canberra branch to complain about one of their drivers that within a minute cut me and another driver off dangerously and then sped off at well in excess of the speed limit. After 2 attempts there was no answer so thought this was the best way to reflect my disgust.

Very Disappointing experience with Border Express. Told delivery was attempted that never happened. Rang land line 5 times over 2 days no Answer. Emailed twice to contact email address no reply. Called Sydney to get action after much effort told is at depot. Undelivered ? Not what web status was and then told you can’t pick up until ‘they isolate’ the item for collection ? when our customer was outside depot to pick up. Just terrible not even 1 star. Interested to see if this is read and replied to? Start clock now 30/1/21

I don't know why they even have a contact number. I have been trying for 2 days to reach them and no one picks the phone up. Put an enquiry on the website and still haven't received any response. Just go for FedEx or DHL.

Rip off Paid 50 bucks for someone “unloading” things for only 5 seconds at my premises without informing me in advance. I didn’t even realize that it was an “unloading” service. Tried to contact but no response at all Avoid them at all costs
