I was called by the delivery driver prior to his arrival. I was not home so he provided me a reference number and took it to the depot where I collected it the following week. The man who served at the depot me was very nice and collected my delivery very quickly.

Very poor service. Once delivery has been attempted you have no choice but to collect from depot 13km from town. This depot appears not to be open after 3pm weekdays and closed on weekends, this makes it difficult for those of us who work business hours. The 'missed delivery' redirect tool advertised on their website does not exist. The service consultant from my online enquiry offered no help, advising that collection from the depot is my only option. Would avoid using where possible and same feedback provided to company who engaged them to deliver my goods.

I got a package shipped through Couriers Please and lucky enough they decided that this company was the best one to ship it. Couriers please were fantastic with their service and seemed just as annoyed about it as I was. These guys waited until the package was delivered after sitting in the warehouse for a week according to the couriers please representetive before they could even be bothered to chuck it in a truck, after over 3 weeks of waiting. When the parts are keeping your vehicle off the road, a month wait for them to root around is a bit rediculous...

Terrible service. I missed the first delivery and contacted border express to arrange re-delivery. They assured me they would arrange this. It didn't happen. When I went to pick up the parcel in person it had been returned to sender. They said they never received the notification for re-delivery. Avoid sending any parcels with this company.

The first time I had a package delivered through this company the courier was too lazy to do her job and said I was out of the way for her so she was going to wait until she had enough packages to deliver to the same address at a specific time to make it worth her while. I wasn't available at the time so she said I would have to pick it up from the warehouse. They close too early for me to get there so I had to pick it up from her house. They have also never provided tracking information unless I contact them. Currently my parcel has been sitting at "Despatched" (Dispatched) for the past 5 days and hasn't updated to "in transit". I have called customer service and they think it just hasn't been scanned through.

I paid for tracked parcel delivery and they failed on both counts. Parcel was not delivered on the day quoted and they were unable to track its location. Terrible service and even worse communication.

Worst delivery company ever .... they donāt even bother to ring your door bell and then they claim they āattempted delivery!ā So lazy !! I then had to drive the 30 mins to their Darwin pick up depot the next day, and they had closed 10 mins before their closing time of 3pm ... which is extremely useless for people that work full time!! I just love driving an hour for nothing - not!!

No one answers the bloody phone at the Darwin branch. Im doing what your told me to do.. call up and arrange a new delivery date... ANSWER THE PHONE THEN !!! Its been two days of me call 10 times a day and no answer, just rings out. What terrible service. All I want is my parcel.

I tracked my order. Said it had arrived 16th Feb to my Post Office. I pay Australia Post to have my parcels delivered to this address. I get email notifications when I have mail. I did not receive any notification of arrival of my parcel from either Aus Post or Boarder Express. I called Boarder Express to follow up. They say it had been returned to sender and claim to have tried to call me. The number they called was not even close to my actual phone number. They said the parcel had been delivered to the Post Office and say it was rejected. I called the Post Office. Post Office said they know me, that they wouldnāt reject a parcel being delivered to my Post Box. The Post Office looked up in their system to check if it had arrived and been rejected. Nothing recorded. I believe the parcel never arrived to the Post Office and this needs to be followed up with the person whom claims to have delivered it to the Post Office. Perhaps just drove past it. I will now have to wait weeks, again, to hopefully receive it a second time. I checked the delivery address and phone number provided in my account with the seller and both are all correct. I have noticed in the Reviews that the Boarder Express in East Arm Darwin, consistently seem to have issues with people receiving their deliveries. It is incredibly frustrating given the time it takes for parcels to arrive in Darwin, let alone to have them be sent back, after they have arrived, through incompetence at the Darwin Branch. I strongly suggest this be looked into.

I missed a delivery. Ended up trying to call the company on numerous occasions. No answer. Also emailed Border Express with the contact details on the card that was left in my letter box who just said āwe canāt find your order with the tracking number provided.ā Had a day off work, so thought I may as well drive out and see if they have my parcel. I opened the door to reception, girl was texting away and continued to text away as if I wasnāt there for a further 30 seconds. I said āhey, Iād like to pick up my parcelā and gave her my card. The girl did not say a single word to me and went and got my parcel. Proceeded to not say a single word as she gave me the parcel. Horrific service, horrific company. Couldnāt be further away from their values - pathetic.

Just the worst experience and the worst company. Had an attempted delivery card. Work business hours so unable to pick up. Asked to be re delivered, told that this is not possible despite being given a redelivery option on the card card. And advised that item would be returned to sender in 3 weeks. Super helpful....not. This would have to be the worst freight company in Darwin. The admin person is rude, the delivery driver leaves a card then when you go into the warehouse the next day the parcel isnt there. Pick up your act.

This company is very worst service. I have been staying at home whole day but they never ring the bell to delivery but they send me the missing card.When i ring them up for re delivery date. They said tuesday next week but they dont come in and i have to stay at home whole day to wait for them. The day after, i ask why didnt they redelivery , they said the sendle company doesnt pay them to do second time delivery so i have to pick them up by myself and my house is 30mins away from their location. It took me total 60 mins to pick it up n bring it home. I dont think it worth to pay for the freight . Pls avoid this untrusted n bad service company. Will never ever send aanything again by thhis company as well as Sendle.

I'm sorry that I can't give less than 1 star. 1 month ago, the driver rang me asking rudley he couldn't find the place even there is full address and name of the shop and said he ll come back because the door opens 30mins later when he was there. Now Ive found out they r still holding my parcel after I talked to the seller because the driver haven't left any card or the company sent me any notice no even clue on tracking page. Anyone uses this company needs to stop using it cause it is useless service and bad for your business

Rubbish service. They do not know what they are doing. They left collection card yesterday for a delivery, which has been picked up 6 days back. On that card there wasn't sufficient information that I can track before I drive 18 kilometre to go to their depot. Moreover no apology or explanation for this mistake, and talking to me like that its my fault.
