Competitive rates and Express service! Fantastic customer service, administrative and account management team! In the courier world, you have to expect a hiccup here and there. How it is handled is the game changer. Border Express definitely steps up to the plate here with its “Be Real” value. Should you give Border Express a chance at providing you with an express service? Absolutely! With fair, competitive rates and great communication and service, why wouldn’t you! Will you experience the occasional issue during your service? Absolutely, as with every carrier. Whilst Border Express strives to achieve maximum satisfaction with its customers, they acknowledge issues do arise and the frustration it can cause. All issues are treated with the utmost urgency and actioned immediately and an answer provided back to you within minutes.

Difficult review to write. If you have an issue, talking to their support team is beyond pointless. Just a constant "we're looking into it" response for days. But, if you take a moment to call the branch directly - their support is faultless and you get an immediate response. Makes you wonder why the customer service team can't? Overall, I'd suggest Border Express' customer service team is actually causing many of the bad reviews by not acting or giving helpful responses. This would have been a 4 star without them.

I could not be more upset with my experience that I had with Border Express. I spent over $100 on shipping. They received my order and left it sitting at the depot for 6 days. For four days in a row I was lied to and told it was on the truck. Eventually I ran out of time to wait for the delivery and went to the depot to get it myself. There are no signs for the Newcastle depot, no way to tell if you’re at the right spot, wouldn’t have found the depot at all if I didn’t follow a Border Express truck into the site. The people at the depot were RUDE, had zero patience, abysmal communication between each other/myself and mind you, I was told that my parcel was on the truck that I followed in. It wasn’t. It was laying on the floor of the depot warehouse and they had to go searching for it. The depot warehouse had parcels scattered haphazardly across the entire warehouse floor, it didn’t look organised at all. I wish I could give less than one star. I was so close to breaking down into tears from sheer frustration and stress.

Just watched one of the drivers reverse into a tree at Tighes Hill attempting to line the truck up to exit a one way access road off Maitland Rd. They then made an illegal turn across 3 lanes of Maitland Rd to head towards Mayfield.

Would give minus ratings if I could. This company used to be good. I don’t know what has happened but it has taken 3 weeks so far for an order from a supplier to get from them to 25kms away from me. And now it sits. And sending messages, speaking to supplier to contact, none of that makes a scrap of difference. I could have walked it from the supplier in that time. Disgusted with the level of customer service received, and given that they quoted 2 days, just beyond ridiculous.

I don't usually write negative reviews but prefer to write directly to the company to offer my opinion as to how they might improve. I did just that and haven't even had the courtesy of an acknowledgment. I'm still waiting for an item of furniture to be delivered after it was supposed to be on its way from Border Express on 19th Jan (1 month ago). After contacting the company who had contracted the delivery to them, it appears that Border Express have 'lost' it. The company I purchased from have promised to deliver a replacement using another carrier so hopefully I'll get it this time. Border Express don't answer their phone when you try and get some answers. It does pay to read reviews and the ones for Border Express are dismal but they just don't seem to be getting the message.

I sent my phone away for repair and Border Express “lost” my phone. It took three weeks to deliver my phone and a neighbour said they saw the driver leave my package by the front door, even though a signature was required, but my package was nowhere to be found. Hands down the worst courier company in Australia!!!

Delivery driver smashed an item in our store when making delivery. Jon Luff the owner is incredibly incompetent and refused to resolve issues around this and pay for the damage. I hold little hope for anyone dealing with this company when the owner himself is unable to do the simplest of tasks. Clearly he is out of his depth and in his position more so through good luck over any actual ability.

I was crossing Lawson Street Hamilton today when a Border Express truck, travelling east on Cleary turned left onto Lawson, too fast and straight through a stop sign. If I'd been walking a bit slower, he would certainly had hit me. If you are going to break road rules, don't do it in a marked company vehicle.

So this is the efforts of todays delivery man from Border Express, (Commitment to delivery 100%) my arse. Not only did he drop my package from waist height onto the concrete but he left it in the direct sunlight for the remainder of the day when just at the top of my 4 front steps is a shady area that is out of direct sunlight for the entire day. Regardless of the contents this courier needs to gain some respect for others belongings and possibly be taken back to basics on ethical handling of packages and proper departmental processes of delivering. Honestly appalling behavior and work ethic. Both the couriers and the online store I purchased from have been notified and sent the video. I hope this person is held accountable for his actions.

Absolutely inexcusable lack of service. Not even worth a one star rating. Been waiting for a delivery that has been sitting in the depot for over a week that they can't be bothered delivering because I am 26 minutes from the depot at Cameron Park. Do what you are paid to do and deliver.

I never write reviews but this time I've had enough. Prior to Christmas 2020 on the 22nd of December I received a missed delivery note from Border Express. This is the third time I have had to be on the end of Border Express. I phoned to rearrange delivery and was told by Kayleigh that delivery had been attempted twice - as if it was my fault...I asked if she could rearrange delivery and she stated that she would try to locate the package and get back to me. It's January 4th and clearly I have been forgotten. I phoned this morning and got in the queue on the help line. Waited 14 minutes before the phone started dialling through to a human. Or so I thought. The phone just rang out. This is a hopeless "service". On the two previous occasions senders have used Border Express I've had to spare them (Border Express) the ignominy of actually delivering a parcel to ME and go and collect it from THEM. God knows they've probably sent my parcel back to the sender by now.
