Ordered an item for our impending baby and received confirmation yesterday the parcel had been delivered, which it had not as we were home all day and no one came. After relentlessly trying to contact this company they finally responded with they couldn’t get in contact with the driver. We had to ask for his number which they thankfully did send. After only getting responses from him via text, it sounds like he has no idea what is going on. He dropped our parcel at a completely different address yesterday and marked it delivered however is collecting it today but taking it back to the depo and won’t come to our address and deliver the parcel because his run doesn’t come to our suburb. He will return our parcel to the depo this afternoon at 5pm and then they’re closed for the weekend. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Don’t use. Edit: our parcel has been confirmed delivered to this random address. The delivery driver has collected the parcel but the depot have advised he cannot give us the parcel due to an account hold. We don’t have an account. RIDICULOUS.

Made our order through wholesaler, well and smooth. Their job was to deliver. Our order was delivered today as tracking said it would be took a little longer than expected because it was multiple boxes to compile for single order The delivery driver was kind and helpful, he brought my packages inside, all packages received in good knick this was a wholesaler order for my business. No complaints

Disgraceful service - they actually work in conjunction with Couriers Please who provide incorrect information, cannot be contacted and who do not reply to any form of correspondence. Waited all day for a parcel which never arrived and has taken 7 days so far for delivery from Brisbane to Gold Coast and am unable to confirm whereabouts.

Worst company ever. Losing my parcel, refused me to collect and said their depot is "Dangerous" Once they "allow" me collect something, they managed to give me wrong parcel, then they want to collect their parcel but still not deliver mine. Not sure how they can manage a company like this ? Don't waste your time and money to use them. Not worth it. Don't even want to give them a star.

Border Express contact said would look into it and then they said they would deliver 2 days ago. Didn't happen. Have emailed Border Express again and they are saying they are looking into again.

They transported it interstate, and then it got to the closest point to my place and sat there for two weeks. I keep calling and everyday they say they will deliver it tomorrow and they don’t. I still don’t have it! And I’ll have have to call again in the morning. Don’t use this company! This is second time I’ve had an experience like this with them

Have now waited 3 weeks for my delivery while all the time it is sitting in their depo. Was dispatched to them in 24hrs, but now sitting there. They also asked if I can pick it up myself. Your ONLY JOB is to deliver a package, it’s not that hard! Good service from the customer service girls, as they couldn’t contact the depo either (depo don’t answer the phone or emails). And it was the delivery driver that wouldn’t deliver my package as he didn’t like the complex where I live. This is the Only company I/ we have ever had an issue with, some how all other companies can deliver. 0/0.

Happy with the service from these guys, used them a couple of times now and tracking is always accurate. I had a delivery today and it was marked as delivered but I hadn't seen it. I used the online contact system and rang the phone number. Spoke to Mel. Jessica S and she contacted the driver straight away for me while I was on hold. The consignment had been delivered to my second address when I thought it was coming to my house. Border Express were quick to sort it out and let me know where I could find it.

These guys accepted a delivery order 9 days ago and the goods have been sitting in their wearhouse for 7 days 60ks approx from the destination.There is no contacts numbers online that I can find for them. Yes its express alright to logistic nightmare. Why do all of these delivery companies get away with NOT DELIVERING THE GOODS.

Choose ANY other delivery service. They cannot follow even simple delivery instructions. They blame the end customer when deliveries go missing. The drivers lie about their attempts to contact you. Commercial Kitchen Supplies should not trust Steadfast Logistics or Border Express with any further deliveries.

Border Express staff had the audacity to say that I should resolve the issue with the sender, from whom I ordered the items. They sent both items and Border Express staff took them. Been waiting for a parcel with Thousands $’s of stock for my business. Picked up on the 20th dec, original eta 24th. That then changed to 29th, since the 29th still no update, was told that they attempted delivery on the 29th but someone was home all day, no card, nothing. All customer service say is they will have to contact the carrier to find out and I never hear anything back. Contacted them 3 times with no solid answers

From Theresa at reception to Jenna in despatch both girls were extremely friendly and helpful ensuring my parcel will be delivered at a convenient time. Post note : as I am writing this review my parcel arrived ! Great service as it only left Sydney on Friday

Single handily the most useless group of people at the Gold Coast warehouse. I have had to come and collect my own orders and load into my car myself after deliveries just never showing up with 0 explanation. Impossible to get a hold of and no one knows what they are talking about. Could not be more disappointed in a service provider. If i could give no stars I would.

Ordered a product from Ipswich to be delivered to Gold coast. The parcel sat in their Arundel office for a week, so they got Couriers Please to deliver. How bad is your company if you have to get another one to deliver for you. Cannot Express should be their name because they certainly lived up that level of uselessness. As expressed in other reviews do yourself a favour and use Couriers Please!!!

Could not recommend a courier less. If you want your package to get lost and no one taking responsibility for the loss, blaming it on you, not returning calls, repeating the same statement "We're trying to isolate the package" for 10 solid days by snappy rude staff then this is the courier for you. One star is a star too many.

Placed an order on a Thursday...told it would be delivered the Monday...got notice that it would be delivered that day...never turned up. Waited another 4 days...emailed the company with no reply. Notified the seller what was happening...he was miffed as to why it wasn't delivered and looked into it for me. Finally...a week later another courier service delivered my package. Border express is simply the worst to deal with. I honestly thought I wasn't getting my package.

The reviews aren't wrong. Pick another company. They said they attempted delivery 2 weeks ago but never did, then told me they would redeliver however when I called them they said they don't do redeliveries. What company doesn't attempt to deliver an item twice?

Yes I understand with the technology we have now days, with scanner, the web etc.... Why not add the phone number, which the driver should be able to fill out! I had a great problem to find it, the net is not always our friend at times.....

Useless courier service I have ever used! The person who I bought items off used this courier. It has been sitting at my local depot for a week and still hasn't been delivered. . Been calling every day and been told it will be delivered the next day and still not shown. Lots of failed promises. Don't even bother with this company.

Do yourself a favour and choose another delivery company. Delivering yourself may be quicker Deb in Customer Service should be working in a career where she has no contact with humans. My delivery has been sitting at the Arundel location for 2 days and I literally live 6mins from there on google maps. 2 x right hand turns and you're in my street. Deb assured me twice yesterday that it was onboard for delivery and now we are day 3 waiting. With no deliveries over the Easter long weekend it will be almost a week late by the time it finally arrives, if I even get it at all. Pathetic

Parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday (14/1/20) but never turned. Firstly I sent an email from their website which was never answered, then I called the customer service line which was never answered, so I called again and this time pushed opt 1 for a pickup and they answered. The girl who answered was unable to help me because she didn’t know where the item was. She told me to go back to the seller and ask them which made no sense. Avoid this company at all costs if you are hoping to get something delivered in a timely manner, or delivered at all.

The estimated date of delivery was 10/10/2019 and  five days after I am still waiting to get the parcel.  They don't call before delivery and do not leave notes. I had to call them and find out that they have failed to deliver. Never deal with anyone who uses them as a courier
