I was having an issue with the logistics company that shipped my parcel to Aramex to deliver the package. When I called Aramex they responded immediately providing the information in which they needed to deliver the package. When the other logistics company provided them with the proper information the package was delivered immediately. Bravo Aramex!

Delivered to the wrong address. Response from driver when contacted was simply "Call depo. Will have tracking and pic." No apology, took absolutely NO responsibility for his error. I had to get the phone number of the depot from him as it wasn't on the website. Said that depot told him the wrong house number. Finally received my delivery the following day. Very poor.

Three times our packages have been placed in an area that contains a young dog who likes to play with and destroy things. We work from home M-F 8 -5 and there is a front door to the left of this area No other courier avoids this door and leaves our packages here.We have been home on every occasion your courier has delivered. We have also contacted our supplier to advise of the problem but still happening so have now contacted Aramex themselves

A package of mine was sent to your facility and I received a text message letting me know that there was an issue with the address and it couldn't be found (this is because the place I ordered it from had some how mixed my old and new address together)... anyway I let your company know by responding by to the text and was told that Aramex would get a new label from the sender and then post it to my correct address. Now my order is being returned to sender in the US!! I'm very frustrated, my purchase is worth $118.

This is the third time now that a parcel of mine has been delivered to an address with a similar name (not even in the same suburb). Customer service were lovely over the phone, but it’s been two days and my parcel still hasn’t been delivered. Drivers clearly have no idea.

Disgusting service- avoid at all costs. Delivered my parcel to the wrong address, admitted doing so and that when they tried to retrieve the parcel they could not find it. Said they were sorry but could not help me any further. So they lost my goods, admitted to doing so but refused to cover the costs. No liability so no cares given. Be aware!

Worst courier company in Australia, reviews back it up country wide! Absolute joke of a company! Complete liars and snakes that try and swindle money off customers. How a company like this is still operating is astonishing as each and every depo across the country are flooded with the worst reviews that are a true representation of the poor customer service and handling of the company on each and every level.

We ordered a rice cooker and it simply sent us one card. The only written detail was our name and the fact that I should go on the website and track my order but literally ‘sunshine coast’ was the only location it said, found the branch. I swear to god my heart dropped when I saw the reviews because i think my parcel is going to be lost too 💀 Hope it’s not cuz the thing i ordered was worth nearly a grand. Always friendly staff in person and on phone. Please don’t abuse your couriers, they are doing their best in a tough situation. Don’t blame the couriers if it’s the senders fault. Shout out to Michelle on the Sunny coast for being wonderful

Easily the worst courier service in Australia to deal with. Every package is always late, even when coming from Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast. Terrible communication and just all round bad experience every time I have a parcel with them.

If I could give a minus score, I would. Poor communication. When you phone you get put through to an international call centre and speak with someone with broken English who can't tell you any more than you already know. Send an email and you might hear back w/n 48 hours. They have had a medical item for my daughter since June 1. It's now the 7th. Scheduled delivery on the 7th didn't happen. Tracking said the driver was in the area at 1pm but my item was scanned back into the depot at 12.54. Tracking on the 6th said it was on board with the driver. Still didn't arrive. No more info on the tracking page on their website since 10.14am on the 6th. Not the first time they have failed to deliver on time. One entry states i am out of the delivery area and someone would be in touch to arrange alternative arrangements...still waiting a week later and no one has bothered to contact me The system for senders needs to be updated to include the FULL address of the recipient, not just the suburb to advise on accurate freight charges, rather than the recipient being inconvenienced and not receiving their goods. Aramex is a total fail.

One word, sloowww. The staff are great but it shouldn’t take a week to get something out of the depot and actually delivered. When Amazon pay extra to get the parcel delivered directly to a location it shouldn’t be redirected, that’s simply unethical.

I am disgusted with this company. I was notified yesterday a 5.08am that my parcel would be delivered, at 10.00am I got notified, sorry you weren’t home and you can ask for a new delivery. Firstly, I was home. I went to letterbox and there was a card saying sorry again for me being not home and that my parcel could be picked up at their depot at Kunda Park. I live in Buderim am 73 years of age and don’t drive very far. I rang the contact number thinking I was talking to the depot, but realise and it was confirmed I was talking to an overseas operator who kept calling me darling and apologising. Could not offer any alternative to getting my parcel, my son had to drive from the Gold Coast to get my parcel. I have looked at all of the feedback and looks like I am not the only one, I will contact my supplier and request they choose another delivery company as I pay for delivery, which does not mean you have to pick it up yourself.

Do not use this company. We had cancer treatment medication being delivered on29th Dec that needed to be kept refrigerated and it didn’t turn up until 3rd Jan. I found it as I went out to the car sitting in the garden when opened box the product and ice packs were completely melted. Today we got a message from courier saying we had another package but had to collect it from their depot because our driveway is inaccessible because he had to back down our drive way yesterday. While picking up our parcel we see about 200 package with outside of delivery area stuck on them so guessing all those people will have to collect their parcels too … what scam ….So much for the slogan they have on their vans saying delivery unlimited.

Out of all of the couriers we use. Aramex is the best and we have been in business for 13 years on the Sunshine Coast. I think as the drivers have to keep a good reputation in their region of operation, they have the incentive to do well by their customers. Keep it up and Thank you.

I'd like to be able to give a better review but the only thing they seem to deliver is calling cards. Even when you're home. Then expect you to drive half hour to their depot that's only open normal business hours. It seems they're more in the business of parcel collection than parcel delivery.

My husband left a review 2 days ago for another parcel, and here we are again, another parcel, another poor delivery attempt. We used to receive a text letting us know that they can’t drive down our street, on the way back to the depot, so we have to drive the 7kms to collect ourselves. Again, no text to advise of their poor delivery attempt, and now our parcel has been sent back to Melbourne! Kunda Park depot don’t care about customer satisfaction. They don’t even answer their phones….

I can't speak as to how interactions with the Sunshine Coast depot would go as I didn't have to deal with them. However, the courier for the Warana/Bokarina area, Greg, was polite, friendly and helpful in providing me with a timeline as to when I should expect him. However I was not impressed with the damage to the box of the fragile item I had purchased. It is likely that it occurred during the journey from Sydney but I feel that more care should have been taken. [Though I will be contacting the point of sale to check if the damage could be their responsibility.] I was just fortunate that the damage occurred on the side enclosing a more durable section of the product. Fortunately the item works despite the damage to the packaging.

Only putting 1 star because the lovely girl who was collecting our parcels was wonderful, other than that as a small business owner, this company is useless, avoid using them if you rely on accurate and prompt delivery of your goods. we had nothing but trouble with them the customer service staff were lacking any experience, yes I was frustrated each time I called but I never swore at them nor did I yell or scream at them (our office camera has all my dealings with them on record to back this up), the general manager (a man) called me and tried intimidations tactics. The owners did not recognise the general managers behaviour as poor and unprofessional!! If Aramex value their name they seriously need to look into the running of the Sunshine Coast franchise, looking at the reviews it would appear everyone has trouble with them

DO NOT USE this courier company. They are useless. Their driver left the back door of her van open and my parcel fell out. She then drove over it. If it hadn't been for the person who was receiving a parcel at the time (albeit it to the wrong address) I would never have known. They are now saying it's "not their problem"; they have advised the sender (in the US) and it's "up to them whether they refund or replace". Unbelievable. Call that customer service? I certainly don't. Of course, the sender says it's the responsibility of the courier company who trashed my parcel - and common sense would suggest they are correct.

Where do I start!? Delivery of a bedside table from furniture company - given Aramex appear to have that contract, you'd expect they would know that they're collecting furniture but first issue was a failed collection because the item was too large. Except it wasn't a failed collection at all, the item had been collected. I had to open a dispute with the furniture company because furniture company said item was collected, courier said it wasn't. Courier was adamant they did not have the item. Next (noting still no communication or update from Aramex) – “Business has moved”… no it hasn’t, it is in EXACTLY the same spot it has been the last 4 or 5 times Aramex has delivered something here. Next (still no communication) – “Address Unclear” – I finally get a text message from Aramex because even though the address was very clear, and correct, it didn’t have a business name (it had a unit number, a street number etc). Again – they’ve delivered here 4 or 5 times to the same recipient at the same address. But wait, is the address unclear or has the business moved? Surely it can’t be both. Finally delivered yesterday in exceedingly poor condition. Box was torn and had been taped up. I dread to think what its like inside as I haven't had the opportunity to opened it yet. I have not had a single positive experience with Aramex SC.

Poor delivery service and communication. I was advised Aramex did not service my area - fair enough. The parcel was to be delivered to a newsagency 30 minutes away from me but I was happy to collect. The parcel was not delivered to the newsagency and was in fact returned to the sender wihtout notification to me. This company has appalling delivery service.
