Visited to collect a parcel and in the same transaction requested a signature for a statutory declaration - which on the back of the document reads that a permanent employee of Australia Post can do so. Her response was “No - I’m not obliged to do anything”. There was only one person in line behind me. I thought Australia Post is about providing service to the community!

I wish I could give zero stars because we were at home, and they delivered and rang the doorbell, and I answered the door. When I went downstairs to get the package he was gone. My delivery is a sofa. I also had to pay for a separate car to pick up the delivery. Why can't the post office leave deliveries downstairs, knowing we have people in our house? I think they're just here to tell you to pick it up at the post office, not deliver it. Probably didn't even pick up your package and just told you you had a package you needed to pick up at the post office. It doesn't matter, I certainly won't pick it up. If the post office doesn't have time to bother, just keep delivering it!!

Wish I could give zero star because one is way too good for them. No ring the bell no buzz the door no nothing. It make me think whether they sent the package at all or just show up, see that trying to buzz gonna be a hassle and leave. Not even leave a note saying I miss the delivery. If that's not enough, coming to the post office itself is already tiring bcs the staff looks like need to be trained. They are rude as.

Lines are not too long depending on the time. 3pm generally seems to work when picking up parcels. The staff are friendly and they manage the queues as best as they can. Only gripe is that the delivery team doesn’t really attempt to deliver and sometimes they don’t even leave a card but that’s a complaint for the head office not the local PO.

Waited for over 20 minutes in line to be told that a photo of an authority to collect isn’t good enough. Have some common sense and/or have the facility to print if you’re going to stick to an archaic rule. At the end of the day you’re a business.

I have always found the staff here very helpful and friendly. The queues weren’t/aren’t too bad and I’ve always had good service here. My parcels are usually delivered promptly, but if I miss the mail man, it’s quick and easy to drop in and collect and when I can. I use the parcel lockers at this post office/ very convenient- saves hanging around at home for the parcel delivery person (who is also very helpful and accommodating).

Located in the main road. Parking is manageable as it's available on the opposite side and adjacent as well. Not possible in front as it's a bus stop. They have a small shop with supplies. The workers are quite friendly. There will be a queue forming up in the weekend but moves reasonably quickly.

I have been picking up parcels from this local PO for the last 5 years and the staff members here are always helpful. I really appreciate their patience even though most of the time they’re busy when I need to pick up parcel from here. However today I didn’t expect an unhelpful western female staff shouting “We are close… (the other’s staff trying to explain) but I wanna go home early..” after receiving a different parcel with my tracking number earlier and rushing to come back. The male staff was trying to accomodate me but because of the female staff member I decided to leave and come back again next week cause I’m doing a full-time job. Its a shame that because of an unhelpful impatience staff member the local PO received one less star.

After a woeful experience at another local PO I came here and was really impressed. Betty is the most helpful Aus Post staff I have come across. She took the time to help me find the best postage solution for my small business. I really appreciate her patience even though it was busy she took the time to help me and was so lovely throughout the process. Will make this my regular post office from now on. "Parcel incorrectly sorted" at Mascot post, or ended up there, than "redirected to correct address"; however app says "ready for pickup at Mascot" so given the other reviews, i'd say it wasn't scanned out...? If i didn't go through a 20min phone call with Auspost i would have went out of my way to Mascot (only to discover it had in fact been sent off to the correct address, i hope... ) for nothing. 9 days and counting, still marked as ready to collect and hasn’t here and hasn’t been delivered 10min drive away.

I understand and appreciate the significant pressure under staff during Covid but I can't fathom why there is ALWAYS an issue every time I make an order. I am home all day expecting the delivery, no buzz no nothing and then when I double check the status of my tracking, it's being re-directed to the post office (adding more delays). I will be lucky to receive a notification that it's there to collect. Other times, I opt for 'leave in a safe place' despite being home and they still take it with them despite there clearly being an allocated space in the lobby for parcels. It baffles me when I'll get buzzed to collect a parcel and the driver forgets there's two parcels and takes the other one back despite me being physically present - I am well and truly over the carelessness.

Idk what is wrong with the courier. I’m literally at home ALL DAY LONG, no buzz no calls, and suddenly i got a notification that my parcel is ready to collect. This is the 3RD TIMES SINCE in two weeks. And many more of my packages coming. I’m not paying the service for this. Maybe they should change their name into Australia Collect instead of Australia Post. 🙄 oh and the staff on the post office, they really need to get a training about giving a good customer service. Or they can just find another job that suits their attitude.

The service here is absolutely horrible. I received the message to pickup my package and one of the ladies went to go check it at the back, she comes back and says: "Come back tomorrow as it is very messy at the back" without an apology. Firstly, it isn't my fault/problem that it's messy at the back, if it's messy at the back did you read over the WHS during your introduction ? It's quite simple, if you are too lazy to do your job you'd best get another job where you'll be happy because clearly you're not fit for customer service, that being said (good luck) or alternatively read a book on customer service you need it, but by the look on the reviews, looks like the entire team may need a lesson on customer service....

Wrost experience, Australia Post is definitely the wrost express company in Australia. I had never received the delivery at home. No phone call, everytime just told U have to go the post shop to collect. 22/02/2022, In the app the delivery should come today, I wait until noon, nobody came then I click the help and support in the app, they said it should be delivered this afternoon, still nobody came, then right at 4:58 p.m, they called me to collect??? Then I go, they told me post shop closed???

Been going here for many years and never had an issue with the staff or the store. Some issues with receiving parcels over the years, but no fault of the branch itself. Reading all the low reviews, it's always about parcel delivery and you sound like angry cucks complaining about it.

Very understaffed during peak hour, line was all the way out of the door. No sense of urgency from the workers at all very slow. My package was said to he here awaiting collection I waited in line for 25 minutes to be told they couldnt find it and it may have been delievered already.
