Had I text message asking if I wanted my parcel left at the address if wasn't home. Answered yes to it, instead it was delivered to closest post office. Rang up Australia Post Office was advised because it had been delivered to the Australia Post Office, it wasn't their problem and that the customer service representative often has it happen to them.

I will give a 0 star if exists. First we were at home all day Friday and instead of parcel delivery, only a notice is delivered. Second while more furious, the notice noted please pick up from 10 am Saturday 5 Sep while this collection centre is CLOSED, seems the guys never ever had the brain working when writting down the notes! Now I have received a crying 4 year old and a notice to remind me collecting delivery from a CLOSED centre not expected parcel, for waiting in the home all day, thank you Auspost for making my weekend happy!

Service by a female staff member was passive aggressive, interruptive and NO listening. If she just stopped talking over me and actually listened - the issue at hand could have been resolved. Don’t take a toddler there as it is a hole in the wall service point next to a busy car park - it is unsafe.

Item never get delivered from this branch. Customer service is bad and not helpful. Customer service unable to provide proof of delivery. My camera video shows no delivery was made on the date mentioned. Later customer service “discovered” item was delivered to my mail service but it is impossible to place the parcel into my locked letter box. The opening is just too tight for the item. I can see why their google review is only 1 star, cause you can’t give them 0 star!

Was waiting in the office and saw a post man just pass by. Afterwards received a email said that no one attendance in the office thus the parcel only available in the post office. Why the postman not knocking the door or open the door deliver the parcel to me ? Since I still need to pick it up from the post office, then what's the point I need to pay for the postage fee as I could pick up from the store too.

Worst AustPost Depot in WA. Without fail this depot always has issues with deliveries and Ive never had a package thats been sent to this depot delivered on time. Welshpool Depot seem to know what theyre doing but the Canningvale Depot needs new management. If i had a choice i would request that none on my mail ever get sent to the Canningvale Depot and Im more than happy for everything to come out of the Welshpool Depot instead.

I have always found the staff helpful. Yes, I agree the opening hours are not appropriate for working people to collect. It should be open for at least one evening in the week and on Saturday morning. We can only dream.......

I get a slip to tell me to pick up my parcel after 4.30pm. I arrive after 4.30pm to be told the driver hasn't arrived and isn't allowed back in after 4.30pm.. im a shift worker so will have to wait a number of days to return and wasted 20 mins driving . Hire more drivers or find a solution.

It's just a pickup point for parcels - not a post office but a distribution centre. You have to ring a bell in a wall to get your items, and the people in there know what they're doing. It just has a weird layout to enter the car park, and the hours are literally normal business hours, so it might not be suitable for everyone to pick up items. It's also not that convenient of a location either, but the location makes sense for distribution.

I understand many peiple find this place annoying, and complain about the hours, but ultimately if you don't want to have to go pick up your parcels then either risk getting them stolen from your doorstep or get a 24/7 locker (either here, or even better, at your local post office). Also they do have extended hours; they open at 6am everyday they're open (Mon-Fri). So yes it's annoying as hell, but it it works fine and I expect most people would be able to pick up their package within 24 hours of the missed delivery.

For working people opening Monday to Friday unless it has extended hours is of no value. I have advised my sellers to not use Aust Post anymore. If others do this it will result in the privatising of the business and better service - albeit a reduction in jobs for current employees. The alternative is to become a service. A service that is more responsive to client requirements and hence more profitable able to retain jobs.

Absolutely useless. Listed as "Australia post Canningvale" but it's just for pickup (can't send). Service is done through a hole in the wall, no counter. We went in joking about the terrible google reviews for the place but now we know why! My first ever 1 star review.

Open 5 days a week only and yet most of the trackable parcels park there for collection. Aust post should consider at least to open it on Saturday morning. Otherwise it does not serve any purpose to be opened for collection on working days only.
