Original review was 1 star - I got an alert to say parcel is ready for collection from Bentley DC, with no contact number or store opening hours. I try and find out the counter opening times (not the lockers) and nothing is on their webpage and Google only references their lockers. So I tried calling through. I waited 12 minutes before hanging up. I guess I'll just drive all the way there and "hope for the best" Updated review 5 stars. Very quick and friendly. Opening hours attached to this review :-)

I was at home all day and waiting for my package as I got notification that my package is delivered this morning. No one knocked, and I received message that my package is taken to local post office. Now I have to pay extra fuel and time to get my package😩

Had a complaint regarding my delivery or lack thereof, and a young woman named Dana helped me out. She is a credit to Australia Post. Polite , understanding and very professional. Well done Dana.

They open to 7 pm, don't like google map says 24 hours, though they have 24 hours services, boxes for hire.

The collection here is so easy. Good parking, easy to find and this post office actually caters for those who work either full time or part time and can't make it to the post office by 5pm (it's open till 7pm which is honestly so helpful). The staff are also lovely.
