Attended the post office today to collect a parcel after the driver didn't knock, and just left a card in the mailbox. The staff member who served me was told by another staff member packages were out the back, and to just double check, while the one serving made no effort to, but said that they were open until 4. 2 minutes after leaving, I received a notification on the app saying the parcel was ready for collection. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service today, and if I could leave zero stars, I would.

Scott and the staff are super friendly and great! Must be the busiest post office in Australia though, wish it was a little larger.. Needs 24/7 parcel lockers please 🙏

What's the point opening on Saturdays if your just going to be close at 1200pm. Why cant you stay open until 5pm like any other day.

Never had any trouble and the staff are always helpful and friendly. It not big but does the job. Can get busy but would you really want to go to Rockingham?

Great service by most so could do with a a little refresher in customer service with the ones that are unpleasant to deal with. The shop is great wide range and variety in there can always find something to walk out of there lol

Such a friendly experience, the lady that helped me was so helpful, i came in with a too large parcel and with a bit of work me managed to get it to its destination in Broome. I didnt catch her name but im sure she'll remember. You need to employ more people like this!!

I walked in to the store at 4:50. The line was huge and the staff worked quickly and efficiently. I was out of there with in 10 minutes and I had to submit a working with children form and tax file number form.

Scott, the manager of the Baldivis Post office took pity on me yesterday. I've written my first book of 16 stories and the home delivery went a bit pear shaped so I needed to pick up two boxes of my precious books at Baldivis Post Office. We went down to the PO twice and waited until 5pm but my books were still with the contractor. While there we watched how the staff interacted with a shop constantly full of customers. They were so friendly, helpful and kind. It was a nice experience watching them do their jobs so happily and well and was a silver lining to a tense day. So no books at 5pm but this morning Scott turned up at my house with two boxes of the eagerly awaited Tales from a wine-stained band Table. Yippee! Thank you Scott and your wonderful team for turning such a stressful situation into one full of acts of kindness and care.

Will always try not to go to Baldivis post office if I have the chance. Once I had a letter sent to the wrong address across the country and other times they never have the envelope I need but it is too busy to ask for one.

The worst post office literally always a line going out the door the women behind the counter are more concerned with chatting about their weekend plans than they are with serving customers no sense of urgency at all. Avoid at all costs.

Scott the guy on passport renewal was supposedly qualified to do the job but was extremely rude to my wife and asked personal offensive questions about our children. He had to check if the information we supplied was correct when we had exactly what was requested on the passport form. Scott obviously needs training in both customer service and also knowledge training on passport renewal.

Don't know why I expect any different everytime I come here. Staff aren't the friendliest and spend most of their time on their phones than serving customers. They seen to just ignore you and you have to repeat things to them because they aren't paying any attention. Would recommend just choosing to get your parcel delivered to Woolworth's Pick Up than them.

Couldn't be worse. Priority on serving passport applicants while lines build up to the max. 2 of 3 or 4 staff working on passport application or photos. The photos they couldnt get roght the first 3 times. I know the wait is usually long at a post office but this takes the cake.

When is 5pm not 5pm? When you go to The Baldivis LPO and the clock on the wall is says before 5 but the staff lock the door and CLAIM that the store clock that is in public view is wrong and has been for a few weeks.
