Update: The staff are getting better at their customer service. Older Review: Some of the staff are rude. Always seems to be Australia Post staff that have the worst customer service and basic manners. Sometimes I don’t even get a greeting or a goodbye.

I had a gift send which wasn’t allowed to be left on the steps on the house and if no one was home it had to go back to the post office but instead they left it on the driveway for anyone to take even though I paid extra for that not to happen and someone was home who could have signed not happy at all with Kingaroy Post
