I went this post office for my passport renewal the guy said photo was not valid even though it met all the required standard but it was taken from Office work. I went to other post office they immediately accepted it than I realized the guys at Kingswood wants to make money by rejecting my photo and want me get photo taken by them . One of my friend has the same experience. We will never go back to these greedy people..

Not impressed at all. Had my partner go in for me as I can’t go in regular opening hours. We had signed and filled out the back of the pick up slip allowing him access to pick up a parcel. We had filled out the slip in pencil and on his arrival he was told he could not fill it out in pencil and that it had to be pen. He replied that it didn’t say that on the slip. He left after no other words were exchanged. As he was leaving the lady working who he described as a woman in her 50s called out behind him that it was ‘common sense’. He was already leaving and there was no reason for her to say anything let alone try to turn the conversation into an argument which luckily it didn’t.

Everytime I ordered something online Mr Postman do not come to my house to deliver my parcel instead left it at werrington post office for collection which is annoying because it’s too far for me , I always make sure I am at home or someone at home to receive my parcel.

It really is annoying that the business hours are mon-fri 9-5, when can you pickup your parcel? they used to open Saturday mornings which was great but not anymore. I think the last time a business had those hours is when there was a hit song about it "working 9 till 5"

Rude workers. No smiles no greetings. Very blunt with their answers and not empathetic at all. I tried to ask how i could lodge a complaint about the postie not even knocking on my door, the worker Faroukh replied ‘whAt do you want me to do’ I don’t know? Talk to your colleagues, raise feedback? Maybe do anything other than being lazy and rude. Now as I stand in a line out the door of well and truly over 15 people - ALL with slips for packages of people who ‘weren’t home’ I work from home every single day and every single package that needs signing, no one even knocks. I never really cared before but now I will be making an active effort not to post or receive things by Australia post, clearly this organisation doesn’t care about the poor and terrible service their customers are receiving. This post office has a 2.5 star rating for a reason.

Princess (yes that’s her name) is the rudest lady. Not willing to service us because we just got there after 12pm (passport cutoff) and they close at 1pm. We attempted to call three times and nothing on website that states the above cut off. Told I was not allowed to do a passport renewal because I didn’t have my proof of birth. Even though it states that you don’t need proof of birth if you we’re birth after 83. I was born in 1957!

I find it awfully convenient that the lady (older Caucasian lady with glasses) that served me (the only coloured person) was so pleasant to the people in front of me but when it was my turn she was so rude. Very stereotypical for Penrith area. I’ll let it slide but then I came back to the counter with my parcel filled out as instructed and the other lady with darker hair and glasses said ‘excuse me I’m busy right now’ And I said ‘relax I know, I’ve just come to give my parcel as instructed’. She didn’t even reply, look at me let alone apologise for her abruptness and attitude. These older women are so rude and entitled yet struggle with something basic as customer service. I don’t think they should be working if they are unable to express basic manners. How is it millennials are known as the rude ones?! No one asks for over the top customer service. Just basic respect. The only one I got a smile from was an Indian lady working. This incident happened on the 26/7/18 at 4pm.

Extremely rude staff. All theee ladies have this snooty passive aggressive attitude to everyone who walks through the door unless your mates with them or related. Otherwise they'll look at you like you're scum. Parcels regularly go missing and they blame you for it too. They love to use the line "not my problem that's your issue, take it up with your seller" when in fact it's the post office that let it go missing. They make you feel like your causing the end of the world when you need personal service. A very churn and burn post office front. I wish I didn't live so close but I have to face these clowns almost weekly and deal with the same rubbish attitudes

Terribly rude staff, I hadn't changed address over yet, so all of my identification (drivers license etc) wasn't enough to pick up my parcels. They were eventually returned to sender at my cost. Apparently being the person the item was sent to isn't enough. No help at all & very rude.

As a frequent customer of Kingswood 2747 Post Office, I am well placed to highly recommend this location. The manager, Uzzal , is always a pleasure to deal with. He is professional, very efficient and always friendly. I have often interacted with the other staff , namely Sufi , Deb, and Dee. Those staff are always a pleasure to deal with and they, at all times, display a high level of excellent customer service in a very friendly and efficient manner, and offer concise , comprehensive and accurate information whenever I have asked a question. The outlet at Kingswood, in general, is always very clean and well stocked. ALL the staff at this Post Office are a credit to Aust Post, and are very deserving of the praise that I wish to convey to the Executive Management . Separately, I know I am not alone in also praising former CEO Christine Holgate, whom I believe did a great job for Aust Post and turned their bottom line around and at the same time ensured exceptional customer service as displayed by all the staff of Kingswood Aust Post2747.

Always a pleasure to shop there Staff are well informed and knowledgeable and they have a large range of gifts and Nic Nacs at bargain prices .Of course if you turn up with no ID you may have a problem collecting registered mail. So I suggest to the ppl writing the long drawn out complaints that they spend less time making unfair claims of racism and get their licences and IDs up to date instead.
