Staff are always friendly and polite, they take the time to get to know you. Our whole family feels very welcome going there are we get great service. Many of the poor reviews are regarding AusPost in general and shouldn’t reflect on the Kingston shop specifically.

Lady treated me like a criminal for coming to collect a parcel with my address on it. The card that was left for us had no name so how was I to know it wasn't for us? I have to travel quite far with my baby to the post office so I think an apology rather than suspicion was more warranted.

Worest experience ever never!!!!the guy in verification was consistently yelling at me. He even blamed me for his own fault to take picture for long time. What was worst , He even didn’t know if there is a white dot or green dot on the floor. Therefor he came out of the counter and mad at me about there is no entire dot that I can stand. Feel be race discrimated cos the way he talk at me like I am deaf. Hope I will never come again.even Hope I can move away from Kingston.

They close at 5pm. How is anyone supposed to run there after work to post anything. This is ridiculous. People work 9 to 5. Why aren't you open til 5:30 or something. Always closed. Makes life incredibly frustrating!!!!

I paid a lot of money to have post redirected to my new address and countless items were still sent to my old address. Luckily the lady who bought my old house was good enough to redirect them. Went in and asked them why that was and they showed literally no concern and refused me a refund... Huge waste of money and time...

Used to open until 6pm on weekdays and now only open until 5pm. No notice of this change. Impossible to get here during opening hours for anyone who works a regular ‘nine to five’ job. Totally inappropriate for the modern world.

Im having the same issue as the guy bellow. Five months now no mail! Were in a rural area so the delivery guy is a subcontractor. Called, emailed. You name it theyll say its all good, we send a letter to see if its working and it gets returned to sender. Five months this has been going on
