The staff are always lovely! I love the village feel and old fashioned friendly service from this post office and although it's not my closest post office to home, I select this location to collect parcels from just because they are so friendly.

Staff doesn’t have thorough knowledge on postage fees. Misleading people and try to get money somehow with higher postage fees even for a smaller postal items. When I ask something about postage the staff person said there is no such postal service. (Even I use that service some other Auspost)

I have had a parcel redirected to the post office. Postmaster didn’t bother to deliver the parcel to me when we home and even my son went to him and asked him that if we have anything just handed over to me. He said no and left the note there. Shocking. I didn’t find out until I tracked my parcel on Australian post. And he mentioned there that no one was home. This is totally unacceptable and shocking behaviour. If you don’t like your job then leave and do something else.😡😡😡👎👎👎

Cubed my package when it clearly was not a cube . Told him but fought with me . Told me to go else where but it was 11.55pm on a Saturday . Even though I told him I will ring customer service to organise a refund he said he won’t give . Shop very messy and people’s parcels are under custoner desk where you write anyone can clearly walk out with them . Not sure when he last cleaned the shop either . Should not be allowed to run a post office it shames Australia post . This man clearly makes his own rules

Asian lady that works their was so rude about something completely accidental. And even highlighted the accidental issue to random customers after it was done as if it was their business. Embarrassing and rude, she should not be allowed to work there, am so disappointed on how she handled my parcel and treated me. Never to go there ever again.

Not that good customer service always specially with the guy(some times rude) there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Saturdays its horrible with those ladies too :D But the Aussie guy there on Monday and Friday s are good :) Never recommend if you are regular customer but if you just go once in a while its okay this place is running by 4 ppls

Apauling customer service doesn’t even cut it! “You white people need to learn how to read, black pen, not blue pen” is how I got spoken to this afternoon, with the paper then thrown back in my face. When I asked her a question she then started to inappropriately yell at me, when I asked her not to speak to me like that she backed down! The service I have always received in this po is disgraceful, and I will now be going else where!

I have lived in Knoxfield for almost 20 years and the Knoxfield local PO/Newsagency is by far the worst PO I have ever been to. I avoid wherever possible. 99% of my experiences have been completely negative. I’m often ignored at the counter when the store is empty apart from me, and the staff are just standing there chatting. The female staff are especially rude, and unhelpful, and speak to me as if they’re doing me a favour. They make rude comments whenever I’ve asked a question, as if I should already know, and am inconveniencing them. I don’t know how they have been employed there for so long, but I truly hate having to go there and always avoid it whenever I’m able to go elsewhere. Their customer service is just appalling.
