Unlike other reviews I cannot speak to stock levels, store layout or delivery times; only customer service. The two women who seem to be fulltime behind the counter are always friendly and upbeat, even when dealing with extremely difficult customers (I've overheard several incidents). I work frontline myself, I know how hard this is to maintain. They alone deserve the 5 star review.

It's ridiculous A4 express envelopes are out of stock for three days! I don't understand such important thing not managed properly here. I had to check all other post offices in the area to resolve this. I understand if they are out of stock for a day, but it's three days now and no one took any action! And the team there have no clue where to find them when I asked!

Long wait for service. Waiting line can extend into street. P.O. used to be related to things postage, now it is something else commercially but remains staffed by obliging staff with a public service slothful mentality unsuited to commercial business enterprise. Bring back Christine Holman and shake out the Lethargy.

Why is this branch not open on a Saturday? How do you expect working people to collect their mail? Every package I order now is both lazily delivered to my house - there is no knock, no slip left, no attempt to make human contact - and then the branch is not open on the weekend. Absolutely useless Aus Post, get delivery people who actually deliver.

I just lined up as other ppl did in front of me. When it's my turn, the staff asked me to go in the queue. Maybe another lady didn't see me in the queue and lined up in another spot. They think I was the one didn't line up. Perhaps go and check the camera can solve the problem. I always obey the rules and just don't wanna be misunderstood.

Staff in store is always supportive and helpful. However their parcel delivery service (Startruck) is a nightmare for me. Normally their working procedure should be knocking on your door first, and then return the parcel to the nearest post office if there is no one home. But, I have experienced twice in the recent two months that they didn’t notify me to door at all, instead, the delivery staff simply threw a parcel remainder card inside my mailbox - and the point is I was at home all day without stepping out on the date on the first delivery specifying on their card! However no one came to my door at all during the date specified on the card! Furthermore, I received this card nearly 5 days after the failure of to-door delivery, because I checked my mailbox everyday, when I found the card it was almost a week since the parcel has arrived. And the parcel will be resent to sender in the following week if no one claims it! Fortunately I found it during the weekend, otherwise I could not imagine whether I would be able to even figure out the reason why it was quite long and I did not receive my parcel at all.

It's usually busy and you need to stand in line to talk with the staff, so it's better to go there a few minutes earlier if you are in rush.

If you don't issue foreign currency any more, how about updating your signage inside the Post Office that says clearly you have 'Travel Money'! And then update your website that says 'Foreign Currency' is one of the services you provide, so I don't have to queue up and then be told you don't have it anymore.

They couldn't find my parcel so took down my number and said they'd call me when they found it. A week later with no contact I call the call centre and the woman on the phone basically told me to bugger off.

I’m not sure if the staff is straight up rude to everybody or is just racist. I’ve been here 3 times and got the same behaviour. They behaved as if they didn't wanna see my face and I shouldn't even be there. I would avoid going here at all costs even when I live here.
