The awesome lady who served me regarding my MISC lodging was the friendliest most helpful person l have had the pleasure of dealing with in any administrative position. I didn't want to leave. I think she may have been the manager. You could see the rest of the staff also were polite and helpful, through the managers influence. I went in about a week ago to get my passport photo taken. The line was huge and I thought oh great but before I knew it, it was my turn. I can't believe how fast the line went down with amazing customer service from all the Staff. Well done for the great service

I purchased a gift card from the location to keep aside for if I had a tight month after Christmas, unfortunately it appears the card I was sold does not match the card I was given and the card that I should have got has been spent in various other locations. It has taken over a week and is not resolved. Whilst the staff are friendly and the lines are quick to move, the experience has tarnished my trust.

I was late 10 minutes due to a traffic jam for my passport lodgment appointment. And when I rushed in, the service personnel, Jagan, informed me that my passport application form print was missing the bottom bit and so it would be rejected as the bar code is missing. He was very professional and helpful to provide an email address where he could print off the form for me so that I wouldn’t need to rebook an appointment to come back another day. He was also very helpful to inform me that the passport photos that I was about to submit is not acceptable and so he retook proper passport photos for me. Jagan’s service was excellent, professional and kind. Thank you very much. By far, the best Australia Post service as not many people are as patient and understanding as he has shown. Well done! :)
