Been to several post offices in Wagga, this is the best. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs, always busy but always efficient. Nicely presented shop and always packed with goodies. They won the 2021 Australia Best Post Office award, that says it all.

The worst and most unreasonable service known. I asked for my parcels to be picked up by my son and the owner is so difficult to deal with that I can't get my parcels until next week due to unfortunate circumstances. They are Christmas presents 🎁 for my children I would like to give them Christmas day when I return.

Absolutely hopeless service. Went to pick up an item - clearly staff are not aware of AUSPOST's policy of collecting items. Had required documentation and proof of ID and still refused to allow collection - said that we need to ring Auspost directly and get them to transfer item. Have noticed similar poor experiences of other customers. Very rude as well and unreasonable - not willing to hear me out.

Blonde lady very rude. Patronisingly explained that two cards are sent for reminder to pick up parcels even though I tried to explain to her I had brought both because they had different parcel numbers on them. Also seemed to judge me for not picking up within 3 weeks even though I tried to explain their opening hours are hard to meet due to work hours (had to leave work early just to make it in time, hard with current staff numbers limited due COVID-19) and they are no longer open on Saturdays now. Cut me off with terse goodbye. I understand stress with current climate but common courtesies and customer service would still be appreciated.

They weren’t aware of any of auspost policies when it comes to who can and can’t collect parcels. I had to have someone go into the post office multiple times to collect two parcels for me as I work long hrs. I had to make phone calls direct to auspost and had them call Mount Austin post office where they re schooled the staff about how it all works. Even then the staff insisted there was only one parcel to collect when there were two. For that reason I now have to wait another 5 days until I have a day off to go back and collect the second parcel that they missed.

Short opening hours, after work is always packed with a line to the door of people waiting to pick up packages. They refuse to use more than one scanner to get people through and will instead wait for people without a parcel to serve them at the second queue. Worst Australia post office I've ever been too

Came in on multiple times and when I go out to get the card and turn around and they've closed. Rude, they don't have good customer service nor do they handle the packages well. I hope when I move it's away from this post office.
