I want to share my experience of my Postie. I have moved to Mornington in the last 12 months Into a retirement village and know no one not even My neighbours.My Postie has been almost the most frequent person. He has been fantastic, polite,kind and just so nice. He comes at 9.30 most mornings, so friendly, so kind. He lights up my day, he always rings my bell to let me Know he has been. Merry Xmas to my Postie. Xx Five out of five. Xxx

Went in the other day to get passport photos for my boys, 3 & 10. The lady (wish I remembered her name) was so lovely, professional and great with my 3 year old to get a correct passport photo. She also gave me some valuable advice as we have never applied for a kids passport before. Was a really professional and friendly experience and I was very impressed for my first visit to the Mornington store. Well done and thanks for the help.

Queued up super early to be the first one in the door and the service did not disappoint. Required Land Title ID and very quickly - and Monique who served us did not disappoint. Professional, quick, courteous and got the job done - and got me off to work toot sweet! Service is usually pretty good here - especially if you approach with a smile - which always helps!

I've always had great customer service at Mornington post office but this morning after trying to deal with all the issues getting a passport Stephanie was so much help I can't fault her, she was amazing. Stephanie did not rush me and explained everything entirely. I was really impressed considering I had actually started the process at a different post office but it all seemed to be a problem for that person so I almost didnt bother. Thank you so much Stephanie.

Usually pretty fantastic but having needed something posted today and when I looked online it said they closed at 6pm Monday to Friday only to arrive at 5.03pm and they have closed at 5pm, really disappointing maybe update your hours online, thanks
