Poor Service, have too wait long in line. The other day l went to the Post Office in Morley and l encountered a blonde middle aged woman. She was so rude to customers and didn’t even bother doing her job properly. I highly wouldn’t recommend that you go to this Post Office in Morley. What a disappointment!

very unhelpful staff. I had to extract the answer to a simple question, that could have been given as a 2 sentence response to my intial question. Slowly and excruciatingly from a rude staff member with short blond hair, who would only give me 2 word answers. it was like pulling teeth.

I didn't catch the name of the lady, but looking at other peoples comments we are all definitely talking about the same person. I have no idea why AusPost would continue to have her in a customer facing position, let alone keep her employed at all. I was interrogated as if I was a spy for the KGB and was given an array of reasons as to why I couldn't collect my parcel, addressed to my house but under my brothers name, despite the "addressee only" to collect box not being ticked. After she went and talked to her manager I was given my parcel, sure I understand the customer isn't always right and you need to exercise due diligence, but I was right and brought the right documentation, she was condescending for no reason.

We send some parcel to Sweden and lady said to pay expres delivery will be there in between 8 and 10day,thanks good after 30 days parcel has arrived .

Worst aus post in and around Morley .. I have been there 2 times and the lady everyone seems to be writing about is exactly why I will never go back to the Morley store .. rude , very racist and extremely unhelpful

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Was in store this week and saw a couple trying to understand how to fill out a particular form and there was clearly a language barrier. The staff member was extremely unhelpful and became condescending and rude to the customer. The customer was very calm throughout. As this person moved to the side to fill out the form again the ladies behind the counter were openly laughing together and talking loudly about this person whilst they were still in the store! It was a couple with children present and I was embarrassed for them. Gross! I’d be fired from my job on the spot for ever dealing with a customer in this way.

As same as other many reviews. The service was really not up to the mark at all. I have wasted 3 time back and forth there. It is way too bad. I think someone as a manager need to look into the service provided to customers. Manager needs to wake up and take action !

Best service I’ve had in a long time. The young girl Lisa who served me went beyond what was expected to resolve an issue and provided customer service to a degree that I have never experienced before. Not only does she know how to deal with customers she is always smiling. Highly recommend this store and the service this young lady gives. Thank you!!!!! Sharon.

If you are trying to apply for any formal documentation like passports, you might want to read my review before taking you application there!! Putting aside their rude and unprofessional customer service, they might waste your time and cause you inconvenience for the most trivial reasons!!! I learnt this from my experience when I tried to renew my son’s passport. On four separate occasions, having dealt with up to five different staff members including the branch manager, I had been sent home on each occasion for different reasons. Some of these reasons were pure ridiculous like the border edge was slightly cut off from the printing. Not mentioning that the first person served also said "we can't accept this photo because the back ground is too dark", but after finding out our photo was taken by Morley camera house, she then decided it was "ok" to use. Now I can appreciate how strict formal document application procedures should be, however, been sent home four times for different reasons highlights their ineffective processes and procedures to handle these forms of applications. A thorough inspection of the entire application could have highlighted these so-called errors on the first visit which would have eliminated the further inconvenience. Furthermore, my last visit absolutely reaffirmed the fact that I would never return to this branch. The branch manager who you would expect to show a high level of respect and empathy, or lack of, spoke to me in the most condescending and unprofessional manner with a level of attitude you wouldn’t expect from someone in that senior position. I’m not going to go into the full conversational specifics such as, pettily correct “a word” of my spoken English in a condescending way (English is my second language), however as a result I will never return here. I will also be placing a formal complaint with Australia Post Head Office as it is quite obvious that further training on customer service is required at the Morley branch. On a side note I took my application to the Malaga Australia Post who had shown me a completely different and positive experience. For those needing to complete formal applications and live in the surrounding suburbs, I would highly recommend going to the Malaga branch instead. Five-star service here. Fast forward 2 weeks, I am happily reporting that I have just received my son’s new passport, using the same application that Morley post deemed invalid because the border edge was cut off from the printing.

Terrible customer service. Especially from Tina with the short hair and glasses. Mannerless woman makes it seem like everything is an effort. I have overheard their staff openly talk I’ll of customers who have been in that store and god forbid you try and get there five minutes before closing. This is the worst Australian Post in Perth. I would give them a zero if I could. They really need to get rid of that miserable and rude woman Tina.

Although the lines can be long the staff are always friendly and helpful. They try to serve you as fast as possible. Never had any issues with this branch before. The store is well kept with a variety of products. Conveniently located in Morley shopping centre.

I go there at least once a week, and they are usually flat out, they are efficient and I have no hesitation in returning. I have noticed a lot of negative comments, which may have failed to recognise that if they engage you with chit chat, the next person will have to wait even longer. It would be draining working at that pace all day. Give them a break, and realise they are likely doing the best they can do.

Absolutely no customer service here, especially if you're of ethnic backgrounds. They just look at you as a criminal, haha. I have to laugh as I work in customer service and they have none. Here's a great thought, instead of just staring and expecting a theft to take place, try to be overly helpful and that way, you actually help those customers that need help and the actual criminals will feel uncomfortable. I don't recommend this Australia Post, the Noranda Australia Post is alot nicer and treat all their customers equally. That's all.

Just complained to AusPost Head Office about an extremely aggressive and rude staff member (the staff at Morley are known to be quite rude, however today was simply out of line). The woman had black/dark red hair with glasses. She was grumpy to begin with, unfriendly and no friendly energy about her at all. Condescending, unhelpful, answering raising her eyebrows with attitude when I asked her a question about my parcel, expecting me to have known the answer already. Other people in the store were turning their heads and looking at this staff member, shocked at her attitude. A formal complaint has been made and this woman should not be working in customer service whatsoever.

I changed to a post office in another area quite some time ago. I will not so much as set foot anywhere near Morley post office because of the rude idiots that serve the customers there.

Terrible customer service! Went in and wanted some info on an item. Unfortunately none of the staff could help. Their excuse was "we are not trained in that area we just sell it". Well you shouldn't be selling something you don't understand. I wanted to speak to the manager but apparently there is none. The staff here are rude, lazy, and stupid. I don't recommend coming here!

Went on a Saturday to submit some documents and Had to queue up;which is understandable and after getting to front counter I had to stay aside until they get through the rush,whichis us also understandable. However, upon getting called back for my turn and the lady who was behind the counter was scrutinising the documents and pinpointing every single possible mistake. And the worst case was I had 2 images that needed to submit and just because I had attached them with a paperclip she rejected saying they cannot accept that and want to get a new images taken. Even after paying money for the newly taken images;then she found another minor issue which could easily be rectified she blatantly refused to take my documents. Now I have to reprint whole set of documents, meet the same set of witnesses for one minor concerns. On my way home I visited another Auspost PO and they were happy to process my query, even after I asked them about the paper clip imprint on the photo and the documents minor issue. The staff at the outlet definitely need to learn on customer service delivery, I which coming from the same customer oriented business background I highly value on customer service delivery. Will I ever return to this outlet? Definitely not!

I went in to submit my passport. Unfortunately didn't print the application properly, and I needed to reprint which I understood. I needed a passport within a week, yet the lady (big short haired lady) at the post office who served me said I had 'no chance in hell' in getting it done on time, saying that the application had to be sent to eastern states and that would take a minimum of 3 days to get there, 3 days in processing, and 3 days to get back. Completely ridiculous. She was arrogant and completely unhelpful, and here I am, with a passport that was done in 48 hours after I lodged it at a post office who doesn't employ disgraceful people.
