The staff in Moruya were absolutely lovely and super helpful when taking our passport photos. However, when lodging our passport applications in Batemans Bay, the staff their informed us our photos that we had taken in Moruya were unacceptable. The staff redid the photos in Batemans bay and the photos looked much clear and better defined. This apparently is not the first time it has happened. Until the photographic system in Moruya is updated, I'd suggest saving time, money and effort and going straight to Batemans Bay to have your passport photos done.
