My parcel has been on board to deliver 1/2hr away for past 7days and when I contact their number and read out tracking number it consistently reads back incorrect number what a poor setup and you can't contact them directly so one is lead to believe they just don't care and are aware of the situation when trying to track through them not happy

Carpark entry via Alice street to access the disable parking space. Carpark can get busy but disable space is right outside the door and next to the PO Boxes if you have one to check. Staff are wonderful and always very friendly, happy to help.

Poor customer service! I have a baby and a toddler inside the car outside in front. I went it quickly just wanted to ask whether they are offering passport photo service or not and do I need to make an appointment. To answer the questions doesn't take longer than 10-15 secs. The staff gave me the attitude and told me to go queue up which is understand. However, to go back to the car, unload a baby and a toddler and put them in the pram. It is unnecessary just for 1-2 quick questions and the answer is just a yes or a no. I wasn't expect to receive such a poor customer service from staff at Mittagong post office. Very disappointed!

This is not my local post office (I live in the next town) but I travel a bit further because the staff are always friendly and helpful. They go that little bit further in providing advice to help you get your packages off safely and at a good price.

Went to collect a package on behalf of my partner. I had all the forms filled in for agent collection. Despite having all the evidence, one of the customer service attendance (tall, slim, blonde) was rude, obnoxious, aggressive and refused to give me the package. I found an addition piece of identification and finally her colleague agreed it was sufficient evident to collect the package. I would suggest customer service training be provided for the rude customer service attended who intentionally served me and maybe some emotional intelligence coaching. I hope to never have to use this post office again, especially since my partner had sent me a gift which was a surprise and meant to be a pleasant experience.

Australia Post services continue to be sub standard. Slow deliveries poor service. Last week we received a note in the letterbox advising we had a collection at Mittagong post office. The slip advised the days and hours the Mittagong branch was open- including Saturdays. When turning up on Saturday morning to collect our parcel, the branch was closed. Sign posted that Saturday hours were removed at the start of April. Clearly they havent updated their communications for their customers. So.a waste of a morning. Australia Post wonder why customers have started to use their competitors!
