Your experience is ok till you paid. After that no liability, no help. One parcel has been sent to different state, another one had no tracking status except received at this location. In both cases no help provided. Call that number and that's it. Such a world famous Australian service unfortunately.

This place is terrible. I went in to get 14 pages photo copied. It only took twenty minutes half the words were cut off. So I asked the lady to copy it again. I told the lady at the counter she can remove the staple and she started tearing the pages out. ( of a legal document) then she told me that the size of the document that is the problem. A4 the standard paper size. Don't offer a photo coping service if you don't have the the equipment to do it properly
