Short lady with greyish hair at counter is completely useless I asked for a parcel that I had been email to collect presumably it’s too big for the parcel locker…it was in my partners name so I showed her ID as well this lady then Tells me That my partner will need to fill out an authorization form for me to pick up the parcel saying my address wasn’t a maylands address however the parcel was sent to the parcel lockers….no customer service completely useless and waste of time auspost need yo up their staff game

Horrible service from the two Women behind the counter. Read the other reviews and it seems I’m not alone. Do yourself a favour and go to another post office, Maylands is my suggestion!

Please put a store number for us to call for parcel delivery. Sick of waiting over an hour on the helpline just to be sent a text with the number I just called. "Your estimated wait time is over 45 minutes" after going through a ridiculously long unskippable menu when I just want to speak with the store itself (3 minute call at most) about my parcel. PLEASE put a store number down and not the generic number that half a million people are calling at the same time Received an email saying my parcel was available for pickup; seriously recommend turning notifications on for delivery - most of the complaints in this review section are from people without alerts getting angry because they didn't check the mailbox for days and now their package was sent back. Seriously guys, turn on AusPost notifications. They'll send you a text AND an email saying your package will be delivered today. You can request it be delivered to your home WITH a specific dropoff placement, or have it delivered to the post shop where they just scan the barcode of your package from the email they sent

Staff went out of their way to call me about a package that was about to be sent back that I was unaware of due to the sender's many errors. They didn't have to call me but they made the effort and it was much appreciated.

Not going there for a paid service anymore. Terrible and rude service from the lady supervisor. I went there to submit the WWC application. She did not take my application saying that my signature is above the line. Though it wasn't. I politly tried to explain her that the signature is well within that line and requested to check again. She simply said 'END OF CONVERSATION". I was shocked with her response. At least she could have talked and expained. "END OF CONVERSATION" and "NOT HAVING CONVERSATION WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU" Is this a way to deal with customers?? I took that from to other post office. Without a word they took the same application from and proceed. A week later, I got my WWC card. I even told her that take the application and send it. if it comes back, it is on me. It was just a $10 application, not some Passport or visa application.

Tried to get my passport renewed but the staff would not use my perfectly fine photo and insisted on taking new photos just so they could charge me. I took my application to another post office and it was accepted with no problems.

They SHOULD NOT hand out "You have Mail" collection cards that say Saturday mornings they are open. I've just gone down to collect a parcel and it's CLOSED. If I knew that yesterday, I would have made time to collect during the week. CHANGE YOUR CARDS

Very poor. My parcel hasn't arrived for some time now, so this morning I checked it with the tracking number. Tracking confirmed that they had attempted to deliver it on 04/01/13 while I was not home, but they had left nothing to say where I should pick it up from. I do not recomend Inglewood Post. Best wishes to all who need a good mail service, I'm sorry you will not find one here.

I've had a PO Box here for over ten years and I've never had bad service from any of the staff who are always friendly and helpful. I'm closer to the Mt Lawley PO (also good) but prefer this one as it's opposite the library and Brumby's so I can pick up my books and bread at the same time! I highly recommend this PO to everyone.

Impolite, not respectful at all. They even do not bother themself to do their job, bringing parcels or leaving a correct note. They claim they came to my home and I was not home, while I was and left a wrong note saying I can collect my parcel from the post office between 7am and 6 pm, but at 5:15 they said they do not work! Besides, I contacted DHL and they told me they had to try at least two times and they should gave me a call, while they made absolutely no effort to contact me.

Waited one month for delivery of a parcel from the states to my business. Got in touch with customer service, was told they tried to deliver twice and left cards. Looked in my neighbours boxes , found the cards. the delivery person must have been knocking on the door of the vacant unit as he left the cards in their box. even though my business has signage over MY door. Parcel has now been sent back to the US apparently as undeliverable. Who is going to pay for the extra freight charge to get them back? Absolutely hopeless service by the parcel dept , they didn't even ring even though my company name was on the parcel!!!

I have had a few bad experiences with the Inglewood branch but after being rudely told that there was nothing the staff could do about tracking some foreign currency I had ordered through them ($500 dollars worth, so a large amount of my money) I was compelled to write a review. Shop is too small for the amount of people who use it so long queues are the norm here. If you have the option, go elsewhere. The extremely rude and incompetent staff who you will encounter are not worth your time.

If I could put no star I would. No common sense or customer service exists at this place. I was disgusted that they would not give me a parcel with my name on it even though I had two forms of photo ID; working with children, drivers license, a bank card and the bill for my car rego. Her excuse... The parcel was addressed using my middle name, which appears on all 4 forms of ID!!!!??? So my partner, who also lives at the address on the parcel was given the parcel which was not addressed to him at all! He could have been any random person living in that house at some point in the last couple of months. Maybe I'm over reacting but it just does not make any logical sense to me.
