Unprofessional and rude staff. I went here to get my identity verified. I was pretty sure that I only needed to bring my original identity document and the verification form to get it done. After scanning through the form, the staff asked if apart from my drivers license I had any one of the listed secondary documents and said that I had to print it out as well. Then she gave me back my drivers license and the form. I was confused and standing there reading the form again because what she said was not accordance with the instructions on the form. Then I realised she had left the counter without saying anything and before the job was done.

Inconvenience and rude staff. Only open 9am-5pm weekdays. I have to take time off work to collect my parcel. I brought my exp drivers licence, while waiting for the current one to arrive(renewed online). They insist to have current valid ID and wouldn’t give me my parcel. What a joke!!! Will definitely differ my postal address so that I don’t have to deal with them again.

This is my local post office I have been going to for years. They have everything that I need and stuff that you would not think they would sell, they do sell! The staff are amazing and friendly. I guarantee you, if you become a regular they will know your name too! Thanks for sorting out my deliveries over the years and going above and beyond.
