Make sure you allow extra time when going , nothing gets done with any sense of urgency. Owners are nice thou but maybe need an extra person so always 2 ppl on duty.

Terrible customer service I dropped off a parcel that I wanted returned to a retailer. I wasn't offered an receipt - my bad, I should have asked for one - but thought I'd just wait for the email (with tracking number) confirming that the return had been lodged. Two days later, still no lodgement email so I went back to the post office, with a copy of the returns label, I asked TWICE if there was ANYTHING on the label that they could use to track my item. Was told nothing could be done - call the head office. After much googling, I found out that the tracking number can be found next to the barcode on the return slip - a copy of which I had taken to the post office to ask for help! Staff here have zero care factor when it comes to helping customer. Also lack of knowledge of their own processes (in this example, didnt even know the tracking number can be found on the return slip - idiots).

Never get my parcel delivered from this AU post location. The Asian looking driver who wears a big silver ring always insist to meet me in person to collect the parcel even during lockdown. He refused to leave my parcel in the foyer when I authorised him to do so over the intercom(signature not required for my parcels) always force me to come down for him to ask for my name and punch in his machine. He was not wearing a mask properly, not covering his nose. Mask is suppose to cover your nose and mouth! Come on! We've been living with Covid for a year now, you still don't know how to wear a mask? I made several complaints about this urging them to educate their staff properly, the feedback I got was they were following the Covid safe guideline. Seriously? That's how Covid spread!!! Then I got a call from them today asking me if I'm interested in their parcel locker service because I never get my parcel delivered. Nice work! AU Post that's how you make money! Greedy

The couple running this store are migrants. They speak English but they do not have the local idiom down pat. Therefore I can understand that they may SOUND brusque with their rapid delivery of the language. I taught English to migrants for years and know this problem well. Since they are extremely busy, they may answer queries very rapidly which may lead customers to think that the shop-owners do not want to deal with them. But they are not rude, nor do they intend to be rude. Speak slowly and this will make them slow down in their answers to you too. Try it next time. Thanks. Arnawaz

Small but ok. Staff husband and wife team are really nice and the line moves pretty quick. The only downside is when they go on leave and replacements do the service and the queues go out the door and is very slow. Apart from that, all good.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. The woman on Monday between 9 and 10am was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a customer service position. Not only was she very rude but she also gave me FALSE information! I know this because after visiting North Ryde Australia Post I called the Auspost customer service number, spoke with Patrick, he was very helpful and polite, AND actually gave me the correct information! Thank you Patrick, no thank you North Ryde Australia Post.

In general, australia post don’t always deliver and i always have to collect it myself. I was home all day and the intercom did not ring and have no records. It sucks but have no choice when we order things online (registered or not). [ I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews, it is just so bad.. ]

Do not get passport photos done here - they were rejected. I was worried when I saw them printed, there was a shadow on my face and it was blurry. As the old man taking the photo didnt use a tripod and the area was very badly lit. Had to do them again, what a waste of money.

Had some parcels delivered to them for a quite a bit now. But what I don’t understand is that I already authorised someone to collect it for me and had the QR code sent to the person with ID as proof of his identity but they still don’t bother to acknowledge it. That’s why there is an “I authorised..” thing by Aupost if you can’t get your parcel yourself.
