Every time I go into my local post office I see and receive the best Customer Service! Quite possibly the friendliest and most welcoming owners and staff I’ve experienced. Nothing is too much trouble (even when coming in 2 minutes before closing for passport photos!) and I am given expert advice and assistance in all queries. I am so grateful to have this as my local post office!

I experienced the best customer service from this APO. There are a few other stores closer to me but the great reviews attracted me to this one. I had to renew my passport and the owner Rauf made the process really quick, simple and quite enjoyable. He took my photo and did the rest. All I had to do was sign the form. Along with getting the remaining extra photos back, Rauf also offered to send me copies to my email. Thank you for the quick chat and being open on Saturday as I would not have been able to renew my passport during the weekday. Your customer service is exceptional.

Our experience would have been better if it wasn't for the micro-aggression from the service person. He repeatedly called my friend 'buddy' and 'champ' which she did not appreciate. It should not be difficult to offer professional and polite customer service to patrons.

Maybe the friendliest post office in Australia. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and engaging. They've assisted me with some pretty difficult orders and smiled the whole way while making it much easier. Once on a hot day with a long queue out the door, someone walked around and offered refrigerated bottled water free-of-charge to everyone. Just the best - I love them and they make a great addition to our community!

They deserve win the best AU Post of the year if this award exists!! I was hesitating to go to any AU Posts due to past bad experiences and I did a bit research and found this one with 4/5 google reviews! Guess what!! I never expected to be reviewing a post office, but here we are. I've lived at around 28 addresses around Australia and used the services of many different post offices but have never come across such patient and helpful post office people as Rauf and his family at North Perth Post Office. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This week Rauf went above and beyond my expectations in redirecting a parcel that had ended up at the wrong post office. He also always offer to carry heavy parcels out to my car, this is something I've never experienced before from other post office staff. You deserve more than 5 stars!

FANTASTIC !!never received service like this. Couple running the business. Super friendly. My daughter was super difficult to take passport photo but they were super patient and so understanding. I will recommend this post office to anybody. What I have been observed during my wait time was they were so friendly and nice to every customer as well. They are the best post office I ever been in Australia. If there are more than 5 star rating available I would pick them instead.

Rauf and his wife are amazing. Super friendly, small village service and always go out of their way to help. They recently rescued a parcel from a would-be thief who had acquired/stolen the parcel card and tried to pass themselves off as us. Luckily, Rauf recognises me and my husband and knows us by our first and last names, so insisted on seeing their ID which they conveniently "left at home". Cannot speak highly enough about them, and hope their business continues to thrive.
