Rude and unprofessional lady staffs while I am applying passport for the kids, been told the different “errors”made on the application forms in four times, so I need to back home to amend and print it and book a time slot again and again. So annoying and hopeless, then finally get everything done in Castle hill post , excellent service and efficient.

Not to mention that the undelivered courier is not sent to the post office in front of my house but to such a far place (to be honest, I doubt that I have not even tried to deliver and left the pickup card for me directly). I took the card left by the post office to pick up the courier, and only one of the two should have been given to me. These complaints may not be specific to this post office, but the entire AUSPOST needs to review how seriously each customer is taken.

Going to norwest post office to pick up various parcels & being told they aren’t there when the tracking says it’s there To then be told it’s at my work When it isn’t because I was at my work before coming to the post office Then lady go & actually looks for the parcel & finds it Then comes back to me & says it’s because your place of work is closed When really my place of work hasn’t closed over the Christmas break Tell your delivery driver to do his job

Served by an extremely rude lady, her attitude was absolutely unnecessary considering I came in early in the morning. She rejected my parcel while providing no solutions or assistance in getting it delivered. She even chucked one of the other parcels I had sent in carelessly. Concerned for her wellbeing, suggest she look into treating other people nicely. No one asked for her attitude - perhaps try counselling to cool that temper of hers.

Worst postal service The drivers never deliver, always stating that no one was home even though they were. The post office have no answer as to why this is occurring. They don’t care. Amazing how one pays for delivery despite delivery never being done, and then being expected to collect from the post office. I don't think they care about all the poor reviews. No customer service.

The training of staff is not very consistent at the Norwest branch. When I tried to drop off a package I sold on eBay, the same employee that has caused me considerable issues with incorrect policy interpretations denied accepting a parcel that was correctly packaged, under sized and under weight for the postage cost I paid, because it was “own packaging” and I did not have that on pre-paid address label. My wife returned to the post office to get an understanding of what was the issue, and was served by a different employee. On asking her if there was anything she had to change on the package, the employee said “No, the package was prepaid correctly” and she happily took it and processed it. When my wife explained the issue I had earlier, she remembered the “interaction” and shook her head and validated that the other staff member was incorrect. The issue I have is that the service is inconsistent from one teller to the next.

I've been going to this post office since at least 2010 almost every week for work and they are some of the most friendly and professional people I have ever dealt with. I'm writing this review because today I was in the store and witnessed an angry old, overweight blonde 'lady' (I personally believe the more appropriate descriptive term for this person would be cow or pig) reaming out the people behind the counter because she misunderstood them. It was loud in there and she misunderstood $32 as $22 She was aggressive, rude, and in every aspect of the word; a Karen. I applaud the staff here for handling her with professionalism and niceness while all she offered them was vulgarity and anger. I wish more people were like the staff here, they are good people. They could have told her to leave or responded similarly, instead they did everything they could to help her and explain the pricing difference while she continued to be rude. Instead of thanking them for getting three staff members to help, she literally threw her money and stormed out like an angry toddler throwing a tantrum. It was very embarrassing to watch a grown adult acting like this in public, and if you're reading this ma'am, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I spent my lunch at the post office trying to retrieve a Parcel i paid for and have waiting collection at the post office - and much like some of these comments i think the staff there need training as i went in with my ID and tracking number and after a long wait in the line i left without my parcel and 30 minutes late back to work - ALL because i didn't have a POBOX number - my order has no pobox numbers attached was not addressed to a POBOX and was not asked to come with a POBOX NUMBER EITHER - worst service in a long time

This post office really needs to change the worker's role and hire new people who can actually handle the front. I went there to collect my parcel. When the receptionist asked me what is in the parcel, I said "laptop". She asked me back what is in laptop. I told her it is "computer laptop". I even told her it is big so, she will find it easily. When she finally found my parcel, she denied to give it to me saying the item doesn't match with what I said even though, I had the collection barcode in my email and proof of ID. Later it turned out she heard "letter" rather than "laptop". She ignored all my explanations to describe laptop but stuck with her own analog-stubborn-mind. The another receptionist next to her also made the customer frustrated and kept longtime making an enormous long queue.

Bad post office. Rude, power tripping employee. Did not know what size packages are allowed. He argued parcel was too big. Nope, he was not going to accept the parcel. Smirking and carrying on. Parcel dimensions were 104x94x8cm is well within allowed parcel size. Learn your stuff and don't waste people's time. Australia Post allowed maximum dimensions of parcel size is 105x105x22cm. So as not to exceed maximum volume of 0.25 m3. My parcel 104x94x8cm is 0.078m3. Not a problem took my parcel to another post office where it was accepted. A bit of a hassle but whatever I now know not to go to the unmotivated Norwest Post Office.

We really need a 0 star option. If only theres a closer and more convenient location to collect my parcel i woul LOVE TO NOT COMEBACK HERE. i had an experience 2 or so months ago, but i just went straight to their email to complain, and today again, I wo t go into so much detail as, you can see, tons of other people complain about their rudeness here. Hence the 2 star rating. Whoeber the manager here or "boss" , do a better job. Your employees are (mostly) arrogant and looked like they dont want to stay with their job anymore

1) I have received someone’s mails to my post box, and I posted them back. 2) I have received an email confirmation to collect a letter, but when I checked there were no letters in the post box. I asked them few times why this was happening and the answer was that it was a “mistake” 3) I lost very important letters not only once, a few are missing (e.g.; one of our client's council rates notice, city council confirmed they were posted to post box address and we have not received it, as a result I have to pay an additional $20.00 to receive another copy) This is not the first time. We have lost water bills, council and strata notices. Once I received someone else's letters, I realized why my letters are missing. Please advise post office staff members to check and locate the correct post box. Show original message

I picked up a HUGE parcel from here and the workers were polite and helpful. Had a little trouble finding the parcel when I arrived, although it was so big it was not kept where they usually would keep packages. The server also offered assistance to get the parcel to my car (which I politely declibed).

Extremely poor service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Visited at 2:30 on the 26-05. Refused to post documents overseas despite having posted many last week through this post office. Claiming I have to send it as Parcel post for $20- (instead of the usual $2.50). Got told two different things by different workers- on the same day, barely 15 minutes apart. One saying I could post documents, the second claiming I couldn't and would have to send it as a parcel. I will not be returning to this branch and taking my work elsewhere. I have been using this post office for 4 years now sending multiple parcels and documents weekly. Extremely dissapointing. It would be nice if there could be some clear communication as to whether I can post documents. As this is heavily affecting my business in an extremely negative manner.

Both times I've been to this branch I've had fairly quick queues and have had the pleasure of being served by Rudy who boasts a great sense of humour and is most efficient at his work. Poor customer service. Purchased a standard mug with a customise print from AustPost, and it broke on arrival. Tried to deal with this over the phone after being on hold for 45 min, then got told to attend to the local post office to later find out that they don’t deal with damaged items and it should be dealt with by AustPost Corporate. In the end I gave up because it didn’t seem worth it. I don’t understand why AustPost can’t deal with damaged items online with photos as the evidence.
