Absolutely horrible place to go for passport photo! They are the only one in the whole shopping centre and supposed to provide their customers with a professional service. Their passport photos get rejected, because there's no proper light there and in the photograph half of your face is covered in shade. What a waste of both time and money. Plus you'll get treated as a pupil of primary school. Dont recommend

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went on Saturday morning. Lined up for 45 minutes and when I eventually got to the counter, and asked to certify ID copies. I was told me bluntly that she had the discretion to choose whether or not to certify copies, and she chose not to. She was totally disengaged, rude and uninterested. What a waste of time. Why couldn’t she put a sign at the front door saying so, and don’t waste our time lining up for so long then to be fobbed off. I will never go there again.

My just turned 18 year old daughter attended this shop today and came home in tears. She didn’t get the lady’s name but apparently she was REALLY rude as my daughter hadn’t brought in the right ID for something. She told my daughter off and told her to pay more attention and be more prepared. I get it Aust Post...you hold the monopoly when it comes to certain things so we have no choice but to use your services but I’d ask your staff to consider how their actions impact people. I get that Retail is frustrating but there’s no need for it. If you don’t like it, get another job. We’re trying to teach our kids how to be decent adults. On a brighter note we went up to Ocean Keys and they were lovely so we never have to return thank god.

Almost impossible to talk to a real person, had to make 4 phone calls and spent a good hour going round in circles with a bot before getting to speak to someone. Redirected mail, Aus post app stated would add 1 additional day to already very late delivery but in fact it takes additional 8 days.

Dropped off my parcel, which had big red "fragile" tape on it, and the lady dropped it face first on the ground right in front of me, didn't even bat an eye! Not even an apology. I understand that mistakes can happen but if something says fragile, maybe be more careful?! I have made a note of it, and if it is damaged upon arrival I'll be claiming that on insurance.

Never go there again. Very rude staff. I have applied for a passport. First, they didn't accept the photos that I took in another post a week before and forced me to take a photo there to charge me $20 extra. Then it took more than a week for my documents to be delivered to the passport office.

Staff unhelpful and could not get their story straight, went to post something which was postage paid, went to Aus Post and got an envelope to put the package in, filled it out, went to counter, was told it was the wrong envelope. Waited in line again with the envelope they asked us to get, only to be told that too was the wrong one by a different person and that we didn't need one as the box could be used, went once more to get the correct envelope as we didn't trust the box itself, again, was told it was incorrect and despite having postage paid, they still charged us postage. Don't bother going here.

Excellent service and helpful staff. We had 4 passport applications to do and the lady serving us knew the process inside out, patiently stepping us through the requirements. She even phoned us a day later and asked us to return a when one set of passport photo's we had provided were too dark and were rejected. No drama's, no hassles, great service.

Got there this morning to receive a small western union. When i arrived there no hello, just what i can do for you. I told the lady im here to collect a western union and straight away she respond how much. After telling her the anount she straight answer back we do not have this kind of money we do not keep money over night nothing i can do for you. I was so confused, then ahe ask all the ladys loudly if any got this cash in theyre tills front of every other customers, and they answer was also no. I have been told to come back in 2 houra or go to an other post office. Wich i did... How a small proxy post office will have this small amout of cash but not a big post office like lake side. They did make me feel like it was my fault. Really rude staff

Would be nice if I didn't have to travel 15km from home (the wrong direction, mind you) to pick up a package on a work day... Even if the post office was open for just a few hours on the weekend, that'd be nice. Or maybe a few hours extra during Thursday late night shopping, like normal shops do?? But I didn't give 2 stars, because I guess opening at 6am is better than 9am. Not that I can combine the trip with some shopping or anything. Sigh, Australia Post!

The old ladies at the Joondalup counters are not tech savvy and super lazy and unprofessional. Keep telling me they called ONE hotline number and said they can't do anything. They keep asking manager what to do. And the manager is a chicken run out of the post office and not deal with the matter. They just want to go home and too lazy to crack their brains to actually THINK. I used to work in a insurance company and even the seniors know how to process ALL sorts of PAPERWORKS. I went to Wanneroo and they can process my paperwork straightaway. I think it's time for Australia Post to check their staff whether they can work or not!! You are wasting your money paying these inefficient people. They can only do the easy ones. Please get someone tech savvy and hardworking please.

Absolutely hopeless when it comes to ID checks for title transfer, they keep rejecting my wife visa checks from VEVO saying I need to provide a Visa Entitlement form, contact Dept of Immigration, they said there is no such thing called the Visa Entitlement form, there is only the VEVO Visa Entitlement Check Form. So if you are a foreign national with an electronic visa, don't bother turning up, they don't know what you need to be ID verified!!!!

A pretty average Australia Post outlet. Extremely long lines, I've waited up to 25 minutes in line, yet to find a low/no line time (the reason for 3 not 5 stars). The staff behind the counter are fantastic though, very helpful and friendly.

Terrible customer service. Went to take a baby passport photo and was not given any instructions while holding my 9 week old baby in a very akward position. The woman behind the counter told me to hurry up as there were other customers waiting behind me after trying to take a photo for less than 5 minutes. They should create a booking system and allow a lot of time if they are unable to cope with other customers while taking kids passport photos. Later the same day I went to Wanneroo post office and they had a bouncer chair for taking baby passport photos. It was so easy, stress-free and much better customer service!

You are obviously employing the wrong people to deliver our post which is a serious issue and one that I have brought to the attention of the post office on several occasions with little result.

After two unsuccessful visits to sort out my daughter passport because of a name change for me many years ago I was helpless and walked out of joondalup post office upset . I called the passport office and they told me about a form I need to fill in:) Booked another appointment 3rd time lucky :) wish I had of had this staff member first Claire was the mist helpful and compassionate person She understood how sensitive our situation was and helped us through the application :) Thankyou Claire you made our day and I am sure you give the same service each and every day I wasn't going to book my travel insurance with you guys after my first and second visit but will be looking out for you when I come back to do this Thankyou for your help and excellent customer service :)

If I could rate it 0 I would. Pam was unhelpful and rude, told me that I looked too ‘white’ in my passport photos and that she wouldn’t accept them (I am white I can’t change my skin colour or stick a filter on it to make me look more tanned) she was blunt and quite frankly not fit for customer service. Mine and my mothers photos were taken on the same camera in front of the same background under the same light and she wouldn’t accept mine because I look ‘white’ if she said that to any other race it would be discrimination.

Just wanted to check with the parcel office on winton road that they had a parcel there for me that we may have somehow missed the little card in the letter box. They don't have a direct line to the parcel office. As i don't have a tracking number i was told by their main switchboard that i have to visit the branch in person to enquire if they have a parcel for me awaiting collection. I waited on hold 10 mins to be told this. So i now have to spend at least half an hour and get in my car using fuel to ask a simple question. That's not good for the environment or my stress. Super crap service.

The most terrible post in Australia. Racism, lazy and useless staff. The lady who are doing passport denied service to customer as many reviews about her. Another aged lady in cashier gave me the wrong tracking number.
