Absolutely disgraceful customer service by the woman with pink hair “Jo”. As a customer waiting in the line to be served on a Saturday morning listening to you be rude and aggressive to the young lady trying to organise her passport. You are a disgrace and an embarrassment to Jimboomba Post office. How dare you speak to customers the way you did and think it’s ok! We all watched you, yet you thought we would side with you. You were not even trying to be discreet and confidential. I suggest you get some more training in customer service and be a better representative for Australia Post. How about, with your rude, aggressive, bullying nature you take yourself over to the Yatata mail centre and sort mail instead and stay the hell away from customer service . You have none. This review will not stop here! You owe the young lady an apology for dehumanising and shaming her in front of other customers. She had an appointment and did all the right things. You need more training. I am now going to write to the HR department of Australia Post to let them know of your behaviour. Disgraceful!!

Settled in new premises, after some moving episode. It is located at old Vinnie's place, further up, instead of next to Woolsworths, nearer where they were before. Always friendly and efficient service. Plenty of parking available and with cover.

Will avoid at all costs. The service is always well below average. Went to get a passport application sent off, after lodging online and the passports.gov specifically stating I did not need to book an appointment although it was a big deal for not having done so with Jimboomba post. I offered to go back on another day to the response of “no it’s fine you’re here now.” My partner went to get his at the mt Tamborine office and they were more than happy to help advising no appointment was at all necessary.

I received a letter and after opening it, i threw away the envelope and all was good until after having read the letter, i slid my finger across the edge of razor sharp paper and sliced my finger right on tip to under the fingernail, so i screwed up the letter and put in the bin, i havent been back to Lpo since.

Although I have lived in the same address for 13 months the postie keeps putting my mail in the post box next door, is there a problem with his understanding English addresses, very annoying, I am reporting this to the Communication Ombudsman.

I have never been exposed to a constant battery of whinging and complaining by a staff member as I have the women who works here.The constant abuse of customers who walk out the door is unreal.What does she say when I walk out the door.She acts as if she is doing you the greatest of favors by serving with no attempt at basic civility.The final straw was her abusing a customer for phoning when they are busy.Seriously, you're either open for business or you're not.I will take my business to Park Ridge post office rather than be exposed to the toxic attitude at Jimboomba Post Office.
