Loxton PO has really great Staff who are always welcoming, friendly, kind, respectful, and have proved on numerous occasions to be very helpful, knowledgeable, skilful and highly professional . More than once I have observed Loxton PO and Alawoona CPA Staff, make extra efforts to patiently and carefully assist even highly stressed customers with more complex issues - even at the busiest times. I feel so appreciative of the Loxton and Alawoona postal service Staff - another good reason to feel blessed we moved to the Riverland Community. Thank you Loxton PO and Alawoona CPA Staff.

Incredibly disappointed in the service. After speaking to a staff member regarding two parcels. she returned them to sender even though she knew exactly where they were supposed to be posted to and assured us they would be sent the next post day Incredibly rude over the phone
