This post office is absolutely terrible with customer service, they are not trying to help when they can , make you do more work all the time . Always get a frowning face every single time when I’m there . Charge you the most expensive price they can .

Home Hill post office is now my local post office, I definitely get the best most helpful service I have ever had at a post office. Others could take lessons from Lorraine & Anthony in customer care. I have just been reading the 2 negative reviews. I can't believe these people, I have never seen Lorraine or Anthony not helpful, mind you I have seen some people come in with an attitude that leaves a lot to be desired. In this world treat people as you would like to be treated and maybe they would be happier more balanced individuals.
