Never open on time. Terrible service. Had everyone waiting for 30 minutes past the advertised open time. Don’t go here unless you have to !

Good service, even got help carrying my two boxes to the shop. New owners (early 2021 I think?), they even have the SodaStream refills and some wicked gaming chairs (they look good, I haven't tried them). Lots of parking at the back of the building, nice little op shop and art shop in the same arcade (and a hairdresser too I think).

I'm unimpressed the post office did not contact me or keep my parcel, instead returned it to point of origin. Effectively I've lost money and item because no one made a phone call

They aren't open on weekends because the owner carnt be bothered how can workers get their parcels you close too early . Rubbish store

The Chinese lady who is the current owner of the post office goes above and beyond all the time and is a joy to deal with, helpful and patient. I often prefer to go and post here even if I am somewhere else at the time where another PO is closer.

The owner is a little deaf and can't always hear everything said so you need to speak clearly and then I find he is more helpful. The lady that's works with him is very pleasant and helpful. Also Australia Post have a lot of rules and regulations that are not flexable and open to interpretation which can make staff seem inflexable. I find Hilton a nice post office to deal with and have been going there many years.
