Rude and give you the run around. like we inconvenience them by daring to enter their store. Give you false information , even though I knew I was correct as I went on the government website beforehand but I was told I couldn't sign in behalf of someone so I rang up the actual sector and of course I can sign. I will go to another post office and let you knowhow it goes but they have been like that as long as I remember so glad we have the collendina /Woolworths post office now but unfortunately I can't do that there only selected post offices

Used to love all the staff at the OG post office, but have yet to have a friendly or nice experience with the new staff, even when my parcel has been lost I was being treated as an inconvenience & as if I was to blame

Very bad attitude staff... everything is too much for them... they are rude and think that everyone walking in are time waster , despite that I was giving them business( I was giving them high margin business transactions). The service manner was not even in par with a normal friendly decent person to person interaction, let alone as a business to serve.. MANAGEMENT ISSUE....the fish stinks from the head. Sack the manager! .AVOID.. drive further to other post office.

I can't even give this Post Office one star. In 3 weeks we have lost 2 parcels to a very simply listed address. With the number on our street. Right in your face. Yet delivery man can't figure this one out.

Some re-training is required for the know-it-all staff who can not follow basic instructions set out by Australia Post. If Australia Post and the sender allow collection by an agent and the agent presents all necessary documentation it is not your job to reject the collection. Perhaps you are in the wrong line of work. Something along the lines of being GOD might be better suited to your personality, Jo.

I got home one morning, to find the slip saying that the post man missed me. 5 minutes later, theres a knock at the door. Turns out the postie noticed my car now in the driveway and came back to deliver the paxkage. Best postie ever!

Rushed to get an urgent parcel from the post office at 4:25pm on a Wednesday and you are closed? Isn't ment to be 5pm?? Heaps of people walking up to the door to find that you've closed early.
