I have been visiting this post office quite often to send postage quite often (mainly online shopping returns). The interaction was always courteous, nice and brief. When I was returning something on my own cost, I was always offered all options (lowest to expensive options) and I chose how I wanted to send the return. The recent level of customer service left me floored. So I decided to review them to let them and others know. I had just initiated an online return of package and went 15 minutes later to Kellyville LPO to drop the package. Since the return postage was just initiated, the QR code wouldn't generate postage label at the store. The lovely lady at the counter said she would take my package and contact details to try post the package later. She would send an email and ring me later to update me if she was able to send and if not, I could come and collect the package back. I wrote all my details in a piece of paper and left. Few hours later, she called me, the phone reception was bad and call dropped. She sent me an email with AusPost tracking details and note about successful return. She again called me the next day to let me know and I mentioned that I had seen her email. Few days later I even got an letter from AusPost with her handwritten note confirming the package was sent and she couldn’t reach me on phone. She probably sent the note when she couldn’t reach me the first time(the note as attached :). This is an excellent example of keeping up the commitment made to a customer, following up and great communication. Great work. Thank you.

Staff will ask if you want insurance, but not mention that it will only cover up to $100. Lost 2 smart watches i was returning and will only compensate $100. Australia post are utterly useless. Go with another courier service.

I have visited this place several times over the past one year and found the staff to be very helpful and polite. The elderly gentleman who recently took a passport pic of me and then my son was so helpful (sorry, don't remember his name). Most ladies here are friendly and helpful as well. Thanks to the whole team for their wonderful service!

The staff (an young girl) did not show the photo before printing and after printing the photos, looking at the image when asked her about the offset of shirt to one side (which the photographer will notice absolutely before clicking the image), she said it is ok. I believe, thus she did not bother to ask/share the image before printing. Even when asked about the image, she is not willing to accept her attempt in capturing the image and expect people to accept the photo in the way it was taken. Are we paying for the photo atleast will acceptable quality. Those who look at the photo should be amazed to ask where the photo was taken ?. Not the other way around.

dishonest staff. I took my professionally-shot passport photos which were cut to the dimensions specified by the Australian Passport Office (35 x 45mm), and the staff told me that they were the wrong size. They said they could not accept the photos, but that I could pay them to re-take the photos. The are liars. The photos comply with the government's requirements. This is just some grubby licensed post office trying to con customers out of money.

The service today was extremly poor. Annie could not be bothered to assist us with passport applications when the first person took us to her - as she was too busy. We had to wait for another person. Annie then told us rudely to move away from her counter so she could serve others. I have been here many times before due to the good service. But now I won't come back. Very disappointed.

Most incompetent bunch of service individuals. Sent my partner twice to pick up 2 parcels and both occasions she was told the parcel wasn't there even after me signing off to say she is authorized to pick up. Then I go myself and they miraculously "find" the package. Most times they never leave a card or any info and the place feels like it's stuck in the 80s.

Bought expedited shipping to the USA for visa purposes, we were told our package would be delivered in 25 days, it cost much more but we needed to do it for our visas. It was delivered 4 months from the time we sent it. We called to get some answers and we were told “there’s nothing we can do” which was extremely frustrating considering the urgency of our matter. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care & accountability from AU Post. Don’t bother buying express shipping options, they are useless.

The staff are really helpful and you don't have to wait as long as other Australia Post offices. They also do passport photos but make sure you get these pictures checked properly as we were sent away by The Australian Passport office to get new pictures taken. There are toilets nearby with a Chemist and a few restaurants. If parking is a problem there is always parking across the road with convenient lights for walking across the road to the post office.

4.58 my husband and I arrive to drop off prepaid Post. They left us locked outside and let a Lady out the side who said that. The worker's inside have said to let you know they're not letting you in at this time of day! How unprofessional to speak to clients about other people. Go Australia Post Kellyville! You're part of the reason why people are choosing sendle and similar businesses instead of using Australia Post Offices. Disgusting!! We got our passport photos taken there and the passport office said that they weren't up to scratch. We had to go to a photo shop in the city and pay again! A really useless Post Office. Year's ago it was hit and miss, now they seem totally unprofessional and I wouldn't employ these individuals in my business.

Disgustingly unprofessional and racist This review doesn’t reflect the entire staff but rather a particular staff (being so furious and humiliated, my father couldn’t grab the exact name but it sounded similar to Leanne or Rhiannon). My father visited the post office with some enquiries re. the renewing of passports. However, rather than trying to help my father out with his enquiries, she claimed that she can’t help him and told him that he should go talk to his OWN embassy despite already being told that he was an Australian citizen. When she was asked what she meant by that, she apologised in the most insincere and sarcastic manner, infuriating and humiliating my father. In the end, my father left with no answers to his enquires and was very disappointed and hurt to experience such racism and indecency. I am only writing this review because it was so sad to see my father so affected by today’s incident and hoping that no one else would experience similar incidence at Kellyville Post Office.
