There is a person who Bald at pick up window is so rude, and shouldn't work Auspost. I had three incidents too terrible and rude to me. Look like he has a mental issue. When I read the reviews, 90% of reviewers were not happy with this guy, but no management took to consider this matter until the end up with the average of the reviews rating to 1 star 😂.
