Extremely rude not helpful at all. And after a parcel was sent to the wrong address and I tried to follow up with them about this after been told by the person at the address they had taken it to the post office the workers were rude not helpful at all and told it was sent back yesterday after been told that day it was due to be sent back the following day. Didn’t give me proof they had sent it back to sender for me to pass on. How about you get some decent bloody workers in there who know how to be nice to the customer

The postie keeps leaving parcel cards without knocking. I make sure I’m home, but it’s happened twice in the past month. I hear them pull up, but they just put the parcel pick up card in the letter box and drive off.
