I cannot believe that Australia post would close for a few hours over lunch when the town is about to close down for maybe a week, there's been no mail deliveries for over a week even tho they say there has been and when you ring they hang up. Have been expecting important medical supplies yet can no longer get in so don't know what's going to happen. Thanks Australia post!!!

Always provide a fantastic service to our little town. Both at the counter, parcel and letter delivery. Nothing is too much of a bother. I visit daily for my small business and the staff are all fabulous and patient with the customers. I really appreciate everything they do. Thanks for the excellent customer service !!!

Sent my parcel to the wrong location. Maybe they should have double checked with me or am I supposed to check with the lady who must not have been able to read my writing! Lucky I rang AP to double check later only because I was sus that they hadn't sent it to the right location. Thanks to the chat on the website where I got real help to make sure it got to the customer.
